Good place to stay. The staff was very quick in helping us check-in and check-out. Location is good close to famous eateries. They do not have a designated parking space available. You will have to park in front of the hotel on the road. No hot water was provided for shower. Overall a decent stay for the price point.

Friendly and helpful staff, room service is good. Took their premium room through direct booking and informed about an early check in, and the check in was made without any delay or objection before their regular check in time. Rooms are spacious and washrooms are neat & clean. Food and drinks at their both veg and non veg restaurants are good, hygiene. Did find little difficulty on parking as there are no dedicated parking space and the property located on a busy street. However, security personnel are kind enough to take care of the vehicle parked in front of the property, overall it was a pleasant experience staying at Vits Kudro Destinn, highly recommended.

Stayed here on a recent trip. Location is ok, no many places to eat nearby. Parking can be a little issue. Checkin is smooth and service is good. Room is super sexy, clean, big and well stuffed. Bathroom was clean as well and equipped with toiletries. They have in-house restaurant, cafe and a bar. Food quality is good. Bar is cozy and room service is available. Overall a very good place to stay.

Probably the most unprofessional hospitality staff I ever encountered across all the hotels I ever stayed across the globe. I booked room for 2 nights and had requested for couple of hours early checkin and ready to pay. Me and my wife were made to sit outside for close to 2 hours. There were no staff who could attend us and help check in. After waiting for that long two guys showed up , looked very untidy and didn’t speak either English or Kannada or Hindi. The worst ppl ever to be in hospitality industry . I could sue them for what horrible treatment they did with us. I could not stand that worst attitude of not listening to customers or even doing their job, and hence we decided not to checkin and went in for Goldfinch . We didn’t even care for refund and let it go. There is more reason apart from the worst ever staff. The bathrooms were dirty, there was no security , nobody to even attend at reception and no parking for vehicles. I don’t know how are they even considering themselves to be in this business. Forget about business they don’t have basic courtesy or humanity. This is my honest review. Never I would recommend this place to anyone.

Really bad experience with the managers of this hotel. Ranjan the front desk manager has no hotel management experience nor any basic managerial etiquette, and I was beyond shocked and angered by his management skills. He spoke very aggressively and had a rude attitude. He made faces which showed his anger and frustration and at a time felt like he would throw hands. Even the other manger along with him was also beyond poor in their talking and handling of the whole process of my refund. Since I had booked through an app, they were insisting on talking to the apps customer care people for the refund and did not offer any help. Ranjan spoke rudely and arrogantly to the customer care of the booking agent as well. I am beyond shocked to have seen a manager behave like this. The people who have hired these goons to be the front desk mangers need to fire them both as early as possible. Both the front desk managers could not even speak the local language of the state (kannada). Very bad experience with this hotel. Do not recommend at all.

Service is excellent. The staff is courteous and accommodating. The amenities are perfect and the restaurants have good food. No complaints. Stayed for a day but planning for a longer stay in the future!❤️

Yesterday I stayed here rooms are big and clean , paid 3360 Rs for two persons but they not provided complimentary breakfast, untrained staff and service is too slow , you need to call several times. Bathroom having continuous bad smell suspect some design problem

Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite providing a detailed guest list due to a bulk booking, our guests encountered numerous issues during both check-in and check-out. After paying over 90% of the total bill, the last guest was inexplicably prevented from leaving for a bus he had to catch in just 10 minutes. To make matters worse, we were then contacted and essentially pressured to pay additional fees if we wanted to facilitate his departure. The staff appeared inexperienced and poorly managed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience throughout our stay. I will never recommend this hotel
