Mentioned as 24*7 hot water available. But no hot water was coming through out the day. When complained, checked and told us all rooms are getting that hot only from solar, when the water was not even warm. They were telling the normal tap water as hot water.

We just found this hotel on the basis of google recommendation. It was pretty decent stay, rooms where good enough and the hospitality was good. Rooms and toilets were cleanly maintained by the management. Overall satisfied with the price and the facility.

Sometimes Google ratings also go wrong. Booked it completely based on Google ratings without going through the reviews. No room service no breakfast no drinking water. Was conveniently asked to move to their other property if I needed the above at 10 in the night by arranging my own transportation. If you are crossing city and need to spend a night you may check it or else look for something better.

This hotel ranks among the most disappointing accommodations I've ever lodged in. I reserved a room for just one night, arriving on a scorching hot afternoon around 2 PM. Unfortunately, the room I was assigned was incredibly small, barely measuring 10x10 meters, with absolutely no ventilation. Initially, I hoped to manage it out for the night due to prior commitments. However, after a brief nap, I found the lack of airflow unbearable, making it nearly impossible to breathe. Seeking a resolution, I approached the reception to request a room change, only to be met with resistance as they claimed all other rooms were occupied. I couldn't understand how such poorly ventilated accommodations were deemed acceptable for guests. I questioned the logic behind the hotel's occupancy certification. After insisting, they finally agreed to move me to a room that had been vacant since the morning. It later came to my attention that there were ongoing complaints about two other rooms with similar ventilation issues, yet they continued to assign them to guests. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise against booking this hotel for any duration. It simply isn't worth the discomfort.

Their phone was not working, TV was not recharged, the view from window was disgusting. The bed was comfortable and rooms were more or less clean.
