Overall, the experience was pleasant. However, the service could be improved. The hotel was struggling due to the inefficiency of their housekeeping staff. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. There’s ample parking, and is located in the highway making it easy to get here. The main drawbacks were related to the hotel’s condition. The bathrooms had honey bees, the house keeping staff wasn’t available, and the reception line wouldn’t be picked up. The food options are also limited as the quality of the veg restaurant below (separate from the hotel) isn’t great. Zomato would be a better option though.

Today I checked out their room and here is my review: For people who want to go for sight seeing, this hotel is too far from city center (Approx 5-8 Kms). This hotel is ideal for people who has connection with near by hospitals and colleges. Rapido and OLA drivers demand alot. You cannot get laundry and salon services near by. There are 2 hotels, 1 bakery and 1 pizza point near to the hotel complex which is walkable. Coming to hotel and services, staff and managers are good and helpful but not much knowledgable about helping with local needs. The good thing is that this hotel has a cab service where you have to book it in advance. However I noticed the staff is very less around. I can recommend this hotel if you need peaceful environment.

They give rooms on last floor last rooms who booked from apps. We booked 2 rooms one is very bad smell. Another room no tv recharge, and no window on bathroom.

I stayed at this place for 2 days based on positive reviews, but was disappointed. The room was in poor condition with cockroaches and the TV wasn't working due to unpaid charges. Despite informing the staff multiple times, the issues weren't resolved. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

This is not even deserved 1 rating ...AC & lights goes off mid night ....lot of Noise from Main road No security.....no private car parking.. No Restaurant.. How do you call it as 3 start hotel??

I came Mangalore for an business trip. Luckily I found this hotel. Experience of staying in this place is amazing. Kind staff and good hospitality.keep it up.

The hotel is ideal for those on budget. The room has all facilities and very large and comfortable. The only negative aspect is it is right on the highway and there is constant sound of vehicles, trucks and honking. The hotel has no food facility. There is a small restaurant next door but with just basic breakfast of idli, vada etc. A little far from city but as mentioned if on a budget it can be considered
