Hotel Heraa International - The Heraa Inn

We stayed at Heraa International Hotel for 4 night in Delux room. The stay was outstanding because of their simple yet beautiful rooms and great service. Every staff here is very helpful and clean. The room has a nice balcony too. Smart TV is also an add on feature that we enjoyed. Online food delivery apps also reach this area easily. Location of this hotel is on the main road so easy to locate. Overall our experience was perfect and we would surely recommend this to everyone.

We stayed there for a night. The check-in was smooth and the rooms were clean and well lit. Bathroom was clean and they provided soap and shampoo along with dental kit. Room service is available and the food was good. Location is on the highway and close to Indiana hospital (walking distance).

It was an wonderful stay there. Good in room size with balcony, with an extra attraction and. They provided us an excellent service I could say. Overall outstanding. Having lift, car parking facility. My only suggestion to improve taste on restaurant recipes.

Good is, clean rooms, that's all, rest everything is negative, Very small rooms. Queen size bed of 6x4 only, difficult to adjust by couple even. Every minute of check in -check out they count, they down their meter with extra charge immediately. Food quality very poor, heard others too complaining same. It's on highway so difficult to get conveyance. Room attendant were good but reception staff were rude. Not for family.

Staying at The Heraa International Hotel was an exceptional experience. As a repeat guest, I can confidently say their service and ambiance are top-notch. Conveniently located in the heart of Mangalore, the hotel provides easy access to nearby attractions. The owner and staff are incredibly welcoming, making my stay feel just like home.

We went with family by seeing reviews but it’s not that much up to that mark. Pillows are hard, except 1 water bottle per room ,soap and towels nothing provided in the room. Need more improvement in swimming tank which was 4feet deep throughout so kids won’t come there and no one was there.

Hotel Heraa International provided a clean and well-maintained room, equipped with all the necessary toiletries. While the view from the balcony overlooked the highway road, it was a convenient location for those needing easy access. The breakfast, included in the booking, was a bit limited. A combo meal of two dosas, one puri, and some fruits was offered. Coffee or tea was available upon request. For a short, one-night stay, it was sufficient. Overall, considering the brief duration of the stay, the hotel offered a decent experience.

I had been in HEERA INTL for 1 day During my stay i had ordered coffee. The coffee which i was served was terrible. The milk used in it was SOUR MILK later after complaining they changed .But again in when i ordered dinner the chicken soup which was served had hair and some sticky material in the Fried noodles bowl .How can an INTERNATIONAL HOTEL BE SOO IRRESPOSIBLE WHEN SERVING FOOD ?
