Hotel Deepa Comforts

The rooms are good and really worth for the money. But the staff in the reception are not friendly. In our case, we stayed there for 2 days and the booking was done by our organisation. But when we requested them to extend it for one more day with same rate, they refused. How are you going to attract tourists if this is your attitude.? Proper training and orientation must be given to the staft.

Our stay during 2nd week of September was very bad. The room that was given to us had mildew on walls and bed headrest. On complaining we were given another room which was similar. The bathroom was not maintained and shower did not work. The front desk staff did not bother to understand our issue and tried to blame the rainy season. overall it was a nightmare experience in this hotel.

Budget hotel in Mangalore. Location is good. Rooms are okay. Very surprising to see manual keys for room. Breakfast average.

We all booked rooms for attending a function, the rooms were well maintained but the toilets not so much. The location of this place is superb. The plaza itself has a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The ambiance was relaxing and inviting. The staff was exceptionally attentive and the food was simply amazing. Every dish was a culinary masterpiece.

I am back in Deepa Comforts after a gap of six months. There are numerous hotels in Mangalore, but I choose Deepa Comforts every time. Why? The clean, comfortable rooms, courteous service, excellent food and exceptionally great value for money. I am a world traveller who have stayed in 24 countries and I hope my review on Deepa Comforts will be valued by others visiting Mangalore. Try once, and you will come back again.

Great hotel for business and family travellers. Large and spacious rooms though slightly old. Clean and excellent service along with multiple restaurants.
