The worst place for lodging. They charging high price for a below average room. The toilet flush is not working at any rooms, smells inside the room, bed sheets and pillow cover is the most disgusting things that they can offer. They behave like they are following a 4star hotel rules and regulations, but they never want us to ask bills or invoice after check out. In my suggestion this guys should lower the price down by trice for what they providing

I feel compelled to address the deplorable conditions I endured during my recent stay at your so-called hotel. The litany of issues encountered renders this establishment nothing short of a third-class for accommodation.The location is beyond pathetic, offering an experience far from acceptable standards.The flush and health faucet were non-functional, leading to a horrendous and unacceptable experience.The AC's erratic functioning added to the discomfort of my stay.Brown water flow is an inexcusable flaw that should not be part of any establishment claiming to be a hotel.Dead cockroaches on the floor were a revolting and unsanitary surprise.The tired and neglected appearance of the rooms is a testament to the lack of basic maintenance.The perennial mosquito problem only further exemplifies the neglect and lack of proper sanitation.Rooms left open due to improper servicing create an environment conducive to theft, raising serious security concerns.The malfunctioning fan compounded the overall discomfort of the stay.Stained bed sheets were the final straw, epitomizing the lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene.In light of these egregious shortcomings, I can only conclude that this hotel is worth no more than 150 rupees per day, a paltry sum that more accurately reflects the appalling conditions provided.I strongly advise a comprehensive reassessment of your establishment's operations to avoid further misleading potential guests and tarnishing your reputation irreparably.

I stayed with my friends and family for 2 nights and the experience was really too bad. The hotel charged us 2000 INR for each room whereas the service and quality of the rooms were less then of 500INR. To begin with, the hotel premise is unclean and unhygienic. The hotel entrance had foul smell that like from some sewage. The rooms looks decent, but the walls had peeled color and there were cockroach in the room. We called the service to get rid of the cockroach and the person took nearly 30 minutes to get it sorted. The linen were not good either, you can see color patches in almost all the linen. Hotel stuff provided us with only one towel for 2 person, when asked he said they don't have any and can provide only in the evening. Charging 2000 INR and not proving towels is like cheating. Finally comes the bathroom, what a nightmare ! the flush system does not work. I called the stuff multiple times and they said 'Push it hard'. After multiple attempts it didn't work, and we had to use buckets to flush the toilet, how pathetic luxury hotel. There was no complimentary service, we order for 4 cups of tea and the hotel stuff, he literally severed tea in "cup with broken handle"; when asked he said they don't have other cups. I am not writing this to rant about the place, its just to help you think better. This is not at all worth 2000 INR and given the hygiene state of it, you may get sick by using hotel stuff.

Think again before you stay at this hotel. Hardly any pressure in the taps. When asked for a new room, they say all rooms have low pressure water. Plus, hardly any good service. Have to call reception THREE TIMES to get them to address the issue. Rooms may be clean, but no bathroom facilities available.

Hotel is new and hence the rooms are clean, however there is lot of issues in principle. 1. Hotel is in the 5th floor and lifts only come till 4th floor, so with heavy luggage you are on your own. 2. Toilets don’t have ventilation. And more than 1 guests, one might have to pass time between washroom use. 3. Sound in the corridor and adjacent room is very clearly audible and there were guests making noise all through night, till midnight. 4. Door bells are so annoying and because of previously stated sound problem, you get to wake up if there is guest in any room. 5. Staff is not accommodative, any problem stated gets addressed with very very late. Only good thing about lodge is placed near to central station and has some good restaurants open till late in the night. Will I come back again. Nooooo!
