Extremely rude staff.... Won't offer a room on online booking at all trying to rip you off even if the rooms are available. Better options available in manipal for stay for the same prices they will offer it. Don't fall for this one.

Such a nice staff ...we gone rooms for mass booking college trip ....at 3 am we reached there but also ... they have responded very nicely....good atmosphere

Its quite a good place. Not much accessories provided. No chairs in room. Still you can get a ac room for 900₹. So this is best for one night stay.

It's an average hotel... good for min budget planners....you can share room upto 10 members as per your requirement.

Not good. It was smelly over there. But for the same price we are getting other good hotels. You should stay here only when its the last option.

I dont know way it has good rating on oyo and other sites. Manipal University students come here to chill out, nixe place for them but not for others to stay a comfortable holiday.

Affordable stay. Clean spacious rooms. At centre of Manipal. Good to stay and get refreshed.

Worst& worst service, there is no cable connection , no bath towels , no soaps, no ac working , & worst customer care receptionist, it wass too bad experience in manipal ,
