The room had cockroaches, seepage in walls, no shampoo, no hot water. The wifi did not work. The electricity was out more than 50% of our duration. There was no breakfast inside the hotel though they claimed so on their site. An alternative they provided was a road side stall opposite to the building. Even after asking for a late checkout, they entered our room when we were outside (before 12:30 pm only!) and packed all our luggage and bought it down to the reception, claiming they had another booking. They even stole our food, a bag and perfume in the process. Highly unprofessional behaviour by staff.

Poor food Quality service. Non responsive. No basic bathroom amenities necessities shaving kit and tooth brush....clearly indicating least concern towards customers.

One among the best properties in Manipal. Beautiful property with all the basic amenities. Close to the city and to most of the tourish place like Krishna temple, Malpe beach, etc. And also very close to Manipal University and Hospital.Top notch cleanliness was maintained. Mr.Dhanush and their team service was amazing. Kind and freindly staff always available on call and reception when needed. Would highly recommend this property to whoever is planning to visit Manipal.

A average hotel for one night stay. The location is good in Manipal. There are shops, bakery, restaurants and cafes around hotel. The rooms just enough with basic amenities such as ac, tv, electric kettle, hot and cold water. Lift is available. Parking is limited for 3-4 cars but you can park across the road if parking is not available.

Booked a room in this hotel and the room was not maintained properly. The blankets were dirty, the room was dusty and there was no hot water, There was water leakage in the washroom. When complained about hot water the hotel person came to check and mentioned that it will come but even after waiting for 1 hour there was no hot water. Felt not worth for the money which i paid.
