The room I took had some issue but staff was courteous enough to change the rooms real quick in the middle of the night at no cost. Bell boys are exceptionally quick and helpful. Reception guys were very cooperative. Breakfast is good. Desserts are stale. Don’t eat the desserts there.Location is very good, prime area, you get everything.

Great location, auto stand nearby and walkable to MIT campus. Room service was pretty quick. The shower handle was a bit weird to get working lol. I had to extend my stay for a few hours and it was around 2000.

Awesome place. Very comfortable staying here. I surely would recommend all. It's centrally located and has almost everything within a stone's throw. The staff are very cooperative and warm in their approach. Right from the bell boy to the restaurant staff all are nice and friendly. Infact other properties should take a cue from this place. This is the second time I am staying here and will surely come again and again. The complementary breakfast offered is awesome. The food is priced moderately and is of good quality.

It was our fourth visit to Manipal and our third stay at Galleria. Each time, we have experienced the same exceptional comfort and warm hospitality from the staff. The buffet breakfast continues to be excellent as well.

5/5 This was my first visit to Hometown Galleria..most friendly and helpful receptionist n staff ,lovely n great first impression of hotel.everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Not a good hotel expencive he is charging for drivers room and after charging he is not giving seperate rooms he is charging 500Rs for bunker bed if you see the bed and pillow bogs also not sleep in that places and hotel person s are telling to coustomer driver room available but not telling he will charge for that as per central government rule thay want to provide driver room but not doing this i am really sorry to say don't book this hotel if you have journey in next day with driver life is precious bad hotel I think some reviews are paid review

I am putting this review especially for parents travelling to Manipal. This hotel has a good location, centrally located, everything within reach , very near to campuses, good rooms, good service, best part is the food. So our kids can always visit this place for a food change .

Excellent Location. Right next to MIT. The rooms , food and service all are very good. All kinds of stores from medical to household items are right below the hotel . Special mention to NItinji for his never ending support to guests. A shout out to Sumit at Vittos for his close attention to the guests and their special food requirements. Also Surshitaji heading housekeeping was a boon when I fell sick during my stay this July . She did not make me feel I was alone and took care like a family member. Home Town Galleria is my home away from home in Manipal.
