Hotel Central Park

16th Aug'24: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Central Park, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The spacious rooms provided a level of comfort that made my stay truly enjoyable. I appreciated the ample space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The service was exemplary throughout my stay. The staff were not only polite but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Their dedication to providing top-notch service really enhanced the overall experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions while maintaining a sense of tranquility. Additionally, the availability of ample parking was a major plus, making it convenient for those traveling by car. Overall, Hotel Central Park is a gem in its own right. With its generous room sizes, excellent service, prime location, and accommodating parking options, it's a top choice for anyone seeking a memorable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended! They don’t have a restaurant but there are many good restaurants nearby. You can even get your food ordered or take it to your room. CONS: The restroom is clean, however it needs a room refresher immediately because of the musty odor. Although the lighting is adequate, the rooms' interior lighting may be improved.

Clean room, linen and a very pleasing staff overall. Quality of the service is good Pros: Clean bed Ready to drink sachets+ kettle Clean cupboards + drawers Clean restrooms Nice view point with the bed! Ample charging cables, TV, AC etc Cons: Toiletries and water bottles available only on demand. Not available readily Restroom needs a room freshener asap, clean but has a funky smell. Price is nominal: 2300₹ per night for 2 people ( subject to change) + 500₹ per night for extra one person. Overall, had a pleasant stay here. Looking forward to coming here again

Stayed two nights. Service was good. Staff is polite, responsive and helpful. Was a comfortable stay. Best thing: is a 6 minute drive from MIT. Worst thing: no restaurant. But there are plenty of eating options right outside plus Swiggy Zomato are available on call.

The sheets in the room had to be changed because of a really weird stain. (But post room service on the last day, one of the pillows had a questionable stain too) There was a gentle film of dirt and dust in everything, two out of the three locks of the room door were broken. There were some shady men in the room opposite who loudly drank in the corridor, followed me around the building and made lewd comments. Our room key would never work and we would genuinely have to call them everytime to let us into our room. What made the experience somewhat alright was the manger Vinod and the dude from the front desk who handled those drunk men that night! Also, the lobby is really stuffy and has NO air, which is very noticeable given the humidity. Please do better overall!

Nice clean rooms, clean linen, clean and modern wash rooms. Comfortable stay. Great location. Good staff Negatives: Didn't allow an early check in in spite of requesting as we arrived at 8 am, so had to book from the previous night and had to pay for a day extra. They should have been a little considerate. No restaurant, however, Zomato serves there.

Stayed here twice , over the span of two years, both the times the rooms were great. They even let me rest here after my check out in a cabin since my bus was later that day. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Suite room was spacious no doubt But air conditioner was not at all effective. We requested for pedestal fan but they were not willing to provide us the same, finally they reluctantly gave us on the last day. We were sweating like a hell. Certainly not worth the money. ( Pls see : complimentary breakfast was not provided; we were told that the kitchen was getting renovated, but does it have any impact on the room charges; i doubt so ). To conclude: not impressed, tranquil was far better than this.
