Had really good stay here! The staff and owner were really friendly and cooperative. Good stay in Manipal and also was nearby University gate! If your coming for Manipal and looking for stay near MIT University and KMC I think this could be the one. Also restaurant has good food.

Was not getting hotel to stay, but at last moment someone from other hotel suggested me this, really good one. Price was reasonable, not hiked like other lodge during season. Also had a good restaurant in ground floor which is a plus point. Good place to stay in Manipal. Near to KMC Manipal!

The rooms are very stinky, and the service is extremely poor; they do not even provide room freshener, and water from the restroom enters the room, making for an unpleasant experience.
