Terrible experience staying here. We stayed two nights, the first room had an AC that was not working, so we had our room shifted the next day. The AC was working but there was no power for almost 70% of the time we stayed in the room. Early morning the taps ran out of water, and the lift was out of service. Breakfast was provided at an outside cafe with limited options. An extremely unpleasant experience staying here.

Room was not upto the mark as per treebo hotel standards and the price they are charging. Commode seats screws were torn up I stayed in room no 104. Washroom Shower was not working also there was no basics amenities kept as per the treebo standard.

Worst place to stay Always the power goes off Per day 6-7 times power goes off and doesn't come for 30 to 40 mins Rooms are not even clean Not recommended to stay

The room had cockroaches, seepage in walls, no shampoo, no hot water. The wifi did not work. The electricity was out more than 50% of our duration. There was no breakfast inside the hotel though they claimed so on their site. An alternative they provided was a road side stall opposite to the building. Even after asking for a late checkout, they entered our room when we were outside (before 12:30 pm only!) and packed all our luggage and bought it down to the reception, claiming they had another booking. They even stole our food, a bag and perfume in the process. Highly unprofessional behaviour by staff.

The rooms are exceptional in terms of quality and cleanliness. The hospitality extended by the staff was remarkable, and the service provided was also commendable. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Booked a room in this hotel and the room was not maintained properly. The blankets were dirty, the room was dusty and there was no hot water, There was water leakage in the washroom. When complained about hot water the hotel person came to check and mentioned that it will come but even after waiting for 1 hour there was no hot water. Felt not worth for the money which i paid.
