Hotel Airport Southgate Bangalore

I was stayed at Hotel airport Southgate 2 day back with my family. Its was excellent place, location, staff are very polite and receptionist was very excellent communication and helpful to us. Food available on request from a nearby restaurant . Other aminitise like tea/coffee / mineral water are available in the room itself. Warm water is available around the clock. The front desk also provided me with wake up call on request to help me catch early flight. Overall an excellent stay . Highly recommended🙏

Airport Shuttle Service mentioned in the services of the hotel is a convenient scam being run by them. They do not own any vehicle rather hire a Ola or Uber the charges are not mentioned upfront the cabbie mentions same towards the end when you reach airport. ||For a short ride which Ola or Uber charges Rs 150 to Rs 200 the cabbie demands Rs 400. Recommended to clarify all charges upfront with the Reception.

We stayed here on 30th for one night, looks better in pics than it is, it is part of an apartment building. On surface everything looked clean, at night we found coakroaches crawling on the walls. And we got a lice infestations from staying here, now whole family needs treatment. I am really angry. These room need deinfestation . The receptionist looks nice and kind but they try to rip you off. Never order taxi from them, order it yourself online. Always double check your bills, including room service.The bus boys were lovely and helpful. But that is the only positive I can think off. It is not about money but I hate it when people are dishonest and try to rip you off.

Thank you Hotel Airport Southgate Bangalore, crew for making our days fantastic. First of all let me share about the luxurious rooms we got. Clean and spacious rooms, neat washrooms etc. Best stay for two families as they have got two separate bedrooms with attached bathroom. And a kitchen space is also there for those who loves to cook. One thing I loved is the attitude of the staffs. They were really helpful and co-operative.

Rooms are good , Ideal for a transit stay, They must move to dynamic pricing which is a hindrance at present, The tarrif is static hence it is value for money only for >12 hrs stay , Their airport pick up drop comes at a cost of Rs 800

The hotel is quite new and very close to the airport with good rooms. Rooms were not spacious but were okay for a night’s halt.
