SPOT ON Pratham Residency

We were forced to book this hotel at the last minute, at a significantly higher price. This was because the hotel we had previously booked ("Kumar's The White House") canceled our reservation merely one hour before our scheduled check-in, without providing any proper explanation. They suggested "Pratham Residency," which turned out to be an extremely dissatisfying choice. Unfortunately, due to the late hour and peak time, we had limited alternatives. The room proved to be small and inadequately clean, and the condition of the toilet was very poor. Even the extra bed lacked a blanket, and when we inquired, we were told that blankets were not provided, only the bed itself. Furthermore, the pillows and sheets were unclean. The image showed in the website is a very old image. This accommodation is not recommended, especially for families.

The hotel is haunted. When you entered the rooms it gave us chills, later the door and lights were automatically operating. We had booked 3 rooms costing 7000 rs. When we informed this to the counter and asked for refund the guy was too rude and didn't pay us any amount. The rooms were empty and the guy on the counter told us it's full. I request you'll not to go to the hotels. Be safe, travel safe. Thank you.

Not the greatest experience. I had booked this in OYO more than a month before my travel. However when we reached there, we were denied check in. The property manager was telling us that it was festival season and we had to pay an higher amount and what we paid in OYO was not their room rates. He told us to contact OYO. OYO customer service couldnt find us an other room in the entire city and offered to refund my booking amount. After travelling 10 hrs and 500 kms to reach here what would we do with the refund amount with no other rooms were available nearby? We paid an additional amount to the owner and only then he let us in. OYO absolutely did not have a solution to this.

We had booked this hotel at the last minute as we had a change in plan. The booking was done using booking.com which had one price but at the reception they showed us OYO pricing which had a different number altogether. After a lots of hussle and tussle they agreed to go ahead with booking.com. You can have much better hotel in good better location in this price range. There was nothing that was offered as complimentary. Not even wifi and no TV which are quite basics these days. Very poor maintenance of the property as well. Only respite was the way Mohan Gowda handled the situation. The other person (i do not recollect his name) was way to arrogant.

This one's the worst stay I ever had! There's no proper hygiene and the washroom stinks..The sheets were stained and the blankets were torn...Well...I don't suggest this worst place to anyone...it's not worth the money...you could afford a better place for the price you pay here...there were no toiletries provided!So please avoid this place!

Not on main road. Hidden. My room's sheets were stained. Bathroom's shower head was clogged. The water in bathroom was yellowish. No complimentary breakfast or even water. Lightings good in only selected rooms.

Staff behaviour was good but the hotel is not maintained properly,, no food and room are in worst condition and the bed sheets and towels are too dirty

Worst experience ever. The Property Manager is Rude and threatening man. We booked for 3 rooms paying 500 advance, when we reached the property, he was willing to provide only 2 rooms. When checked those 2 rooms, it was very dirty and he Asked us to pay full amount to get that cleaned..worst experience ever in Myosre..
