Hotel Royal Palace

ATTACHED REAL IMAGES OF HOTEL.. TOTALLY WORST ONE EVER! NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!! PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE!!! Also, with my experience saying please look the rooms first before paying the amount.. I have booked hotel for 2 days. Usual check in time will be 12 PM and check out would be 11 AM. We booked standard double bed room and reached the hotel at 9:10 PM night. The room was not ready, no towels, no water bottles, no waste bins etc., nothing was available and more than that the room was very small with fault flush and TV, when complained about this, one of the hotel person gave us another room. But we are not satisfied as the restroom was not clean and rooms are with patches everywhere. We are forced to stay as no other rooms provided. The worst part is there was no power the whole night. We demanded at least half refund of the amount for one day where we checked in at 9:10 PM night and checked out at 10 AM morning and several arguments over refund. The Refund for one day was paid, but the refund for miracle night with no electricity was not paid. As a customer we would expect some basic facilities paying 1500 rupess per day, this hotel is an utter failure in providing basic amenities. so dont book it please..

Worst experience, i just stayed for night becuase of without having other option,not maintained well , Room is very dirty and bathrooms are not cleaned from longntime even bed cloths are dirty , they looking at only making money , not recommending to anyone. Dont go with images what they have shared in booking page , its not at all similar , very small room and painting also not done itseems from inauguration day till today, Fan is not working , cockroaches and mosquatos there because of unclean rooms.

Note well maintained, no hot water, room and bed not maintained well, I am strongly recommending you don't here.i had very bad experience.

The food was very bad. They claimed to be a 2-star hotel and a Kerala restaurant, but that is not true. The biriyani was like tomato rice. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Dont waste your money

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Highly unsatisfied. Did not have any basic facilities. No power for the whole night when we stayed. And the management was very rude and no refund was provided.

Very pathetic staying condition There is a little space for movement.. Two person will surely strike with each other if they come down from the bed .

We booked through Go ibibo for a family of four and arrived at the property by 11 pm for the night stay but they took so much time to verify then gave us a small room where only two persons can stay. When we asked them how can we stay they said it's not their problem and didn't care about us. Very rude and arrogant behaviour. They told us to leave if we didn't accept the small room. The rooms aren't clean.I could see dustbins filled and spilled all over the entry path.The restroom was so small and dirty. No chair, water or any basic needs satisfied. No heater as well. When we called the property owner, he disconnected the call and told us to contact the go ibibo. Worst experience.Totally cheated up.
