Grand Mercure Mysore

Had a good stay here recently, hotel is at a great location with easy access to tourist places. Rooms are good and spacious, tried the Dinner buffet and Breakfast at their restaurant which was good. There are lot of options around the hotel as well. They have a bar as well within. Kids playing area, indoor games and swimming pool was also great. One can try the Spa also.

The room we checked in was too clean and hygiene was highly maintained. Staffs were Attentive. Especially Zakiya a gentle human who was very kind & lovely in helping us to settle. I would give 10/10 to her hospitality! All the best girl ;)

The Veterans of the Indian Armed Forces of the 1971 batch held our annual get-together at Mysore. We booked 80 rooms and spent 3 nights at the hotel. All of us extremely happy with the service provided. The staff was extremely responsive, efficient and cheerful. Handled a large group like ours well. The hotel is also good for large groups. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel needs lot more care. There are many places such as the hall way carpets and bathrooms needs update. It’s a sub standard for the current star rating. Also the staff need lot more training on customer services. Especially the folks in the restaurant need good training both in service and cooking. The food quality was not great either. They could do better on this. Overall it’s not worth the money.

Grand Mercure is one of the best hotel. Stayed for two days. Good hotel and well maintained hotel. It is located in centre of the city. All the place are very nearby. Good food. Rooms are neatly maintained. Bathroom is good. Pool water is clean and clear. Upper restaurant is good. Hotel is looking like palace. Well lit restaurant. Good wifi.

Amazing hotel. I have visited this place twice and both the times, they have been top notch when it comes to cleanliness, service and quality of room. Restaurant service is good too. Prabhat at the restaurant was really helpful and catered to all our requests with a smile.

I recently spent a week at the Grand Mercure Mysore and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, and I especially appreciated the efforts of Mr. Prabhat from the f&b department. He provided exceptional service every day, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.
