Hotel Q! Star

We recently hosted an engagement ceremony here, the service and ambience were great, the staff too were very efficient. A special thanks to the manager Mr. Syed Saddam who made sure everything went smoothly, his professionalism and attentiveness made a huge difference. I highly recommend Hotel Q! Star for any event or function. Thank you once again.

I had Horrible experience. It is closer to Bannimantapa. Other than location nothing is great. Staff were good there is no complain on them. But they should be trained well. Only room was neat, but no towels, no toilet kit, no covered dustbins, no water and very slow centralized AC. Empty shampoo and soap bottles. Food was bad. Breakfast is very bad. Uncooked Idli, broken Dosa, tasteless chutney. It is very expensive 6K during Dasara time. Better to look for other options.

I had reserved 2 family rooms at hotel Q star for 2 nights. I must say it was my biggest mistake while booking a Hotel. In room everywhere there were small n big cockroaches.. in toilet too.. yucks.. our room was not even clean.. linens were smelly foul. Commode was dirty.. the floor of washroom was soapy. I dnt want what was wrong with staff.. they seem to be very busy but doing nothing! In breakfast I got a bread with fungus..which I was about to feed my 2 girl old daughter when I asked lady over there she said I dnt know how it came.. I didn’t put on plate it was some other one..upon complaining to manager.. he apologised n serve me another bread.. n it didn’t end up over here.. next day breakfast again my daughter wanted bread n jam when I asked for more bread they said sorry mam we r short of bread give me 10 mins I’ll arrange it.. n 1 hour went by Bt bread didn’t turned up… come on guys ur hotel location is at prime.. u can easily make things available..! I have been to hilly regions too.. Bt shortest of anything in terms of food I never faced there too.. this is totally mismanagement of hotel n staff.. I highly regret my stay over there.. think before u book ur stay in Q star…!!

i booked a room here. this is very pathetic experience in my life they are treat us like a aliens . they think parking priority is not a important thing for 3 star hotel . they don’t have complimentary breakfast i pay for that but they are not provided what I want

They didn't even change the sheets. Poor maintenance. Service definitely needs to be improved

Room was good-comparing to other facilities ,bathroom was really poor,food quality was worst ,sounds from other rooms were audible,not worth for the money we pay- not satisfied

Hotel is nice. Staff behaviour is average. Location in central proximity to some tourist spots. 24 hours running geyser water, all amenities in room available. Stay of 2 days was nice. Has a liquor shop just beside the hotel.

Location is good but one disadvantage is its situated next to bar and sometimes some drunken guy mess with you, especially when you park/take Car. Price was bit expensive. Breakfast, I would rate 2 out of 5. Limited options but not so good and tasteless. Better opt out of breakfast and find a regular hotel.
