Le Oak Inn

We were initially given a room that wasn’t cleaned, which required us to check and report the issue to get another room. Although we were upgraded to a king-size room, there were no towels or toiletries provided. While towels were eventually given upon request, they informed us that toiletries were unavailable. On the positive side, our stay was peaceful and the location is pleasant, with a lovely park right across the street and a vegetarian restaurant below. However, it's worth noting that the hotel does not offer covered parking, despite this being mentioned on their website; parking is only available on the roadside.

The place isn't well maintained - rooms don't meet any standard. The rooms had a damp smell and didn't feel clean. Though the staff is polite and helpful the place is badly under staffed. The towels were damp and one could get hot water only after wasting one and a half buckets of water. Do not recommend the place unless you have no choice.

Bedsheets, quilt looks like they were not laundered since the inception of the hotel. Room stank of stake cigarette smoke. Bathroom is basic. Overall just ok. Hotel lobby is just a tiny passage so that tells you about this place. Please note hotel has no parking and you have to park on the road side. Check out other properties not worth wasting your time on this one.

Staffs were polite and the room was spacious. Out of 5 you always find one who tends to be different and oversmart and rude. All staffs were amazing, except the one during my checkout was RUDE and IMPOLITE STAFF, I feel he needs to be trained how to speak to customer. Deserves 5 Star 1 Star less for the STAFF WHO WAS RUDE AND ARROGANTLY SPEAKING DURING MY CHECKOUT.

Worst experience ever had . I booked this property via Agoda for my guests visiting Mysore. They had worst night in this hotel. They even refused the toiletaries. And when pushed hard they provided only one small soap for 3 person. Tap wasn't working properly. Room and washroom was stank like anything. They charged 6k for this. Services too was pathetic and not upto the mark. Whoever visiting Mysore next please do not book this property. They're highly unprofessional.

The new management of Le oak inn doesn’t know how to behave with their customers. They’re rude and arrogant. I have been booking hotel there since 2021. The previous management prioritised their customers but not the new one’s. When I had enquired for multiple rooms for the month of December, the manager was really rude. Moreover their level of service has reduced from before.

Lovely place and I enjoyed my stay. The manager and the staff working there were kind. The only issue I had was with the bathroom sink, which had a blockage and became dirty.

It was a nice stay at this hotel. If you want good vegetarian food this is the place to be as you can order things from the hotel which is right below and owned by the same firm. 5 stars 🤩
