Nityotsava Residency

I had a very disappointing experience at Nityotsava Residency. I had made a phone booking and was assured by the manager, ChenneGowda, of a rate of Rs. 2500 per day. He refused to take an advance, claiming everything would be fine when we arrived. However, upon reaching the hotel, he informed us that the board members had revised the price to Rs. 4000 per day, and this change was supposedly made even before our booking. Despite our respectful request to adjust the price to Rs. 3000, especially since no changes were communicated to us during our calls, the manager was firm on the higher rate and unwilling to even show us the rooms. It was clear he was more focused on making a profit than honoring his word. Thankfully, we managed to return to our previous accommodation, which was still available. I would advise anyone considering a stay at Nityotsava Residency to be cautious and book at their own risk. This experience has left me quite disappointed, and I hope others don't face a similar issue.

Just an average hotel. No star facilities. The washroom condition is pathetic when compared to the price. Foul smell with no freshner inside. Commode is not maintained properly or not sanitized. Appliances are not working properly including AC and TV. Will not recommend here based on my experience.

Nice place to stay with amicable staff . Hygiene and cleanliness are maintained in good standards. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. Good shopping sites and parks are situated near Nityotsava residency .

Never had such a bad experience before!👎👎👎 1) Dirty rooms with little cockroaches, dirty bed sheets, pillow cover, door mat; Interestingly, even after changing they still look dirty. 2) No Wi-Fi even though it's mentioned as available. 3) only 1-2 Hindi/English channels. 4) Desk phone doesn't work well. 5) You need to ask them 3-4 times to get anything done as the staff are too casual and unresponsive with their lame excuses handy. 6) Food is below average. 7) There is only 1 plug point in each room. 8) There is no geyser, perhaps there is solar heater installed but we could barely get hot water. After complaining, the receptionist ask us to waste 2-3 buckets of water to get hot water, which didn't work either. 9) The staff ring the calling bell and run away at night, which is extremely annoying and disturbing. 10) Lastly, please don't go by the positive reviews as these are all fake and paid reviews. You can see an absolute contrast between the negative and the positive reviews. Please don't waste your time and money here! Dear owner, I am not awaiting any explanation from you. If you are really bothered, please work on the points mentioned above instead of justifying. Also, instead of cost cutting by having poor quality staff, please recruit some good, well responsive staff who could at least communicate well with their guests with politeness.

Reception Lady very rude behavior with customers and shouting at very high pitch and telling customers dont come next time is this is called hospitality services. I need explanation form the management on the same as no customers will accept this.

The hotel is in a good locality. However it was not worth 2300inr for 1 night stay. The room was spacious, the washroom was ok. We had to waste a bucket of water to get the hot water. There was only 1 towel which appeared dirty. Also the blanket n bedsheet looked brown and dirty.

Staff do not have the information about buffet availablity. When I called them, they said buffet is available. After going there, they said there is some function going on, so buffet is not available.
