Hotel Pearl Inn, Mysuru

Stayed here for a competition. First of all in the rooms the ac barely works at first the room was leaking with water and the bathroom door dosent lock Then the hotel manager guy is rude as hell when we called him he didn't pick up,we had to call him 5 times and then he blamed it on us that we broke the ac then later he comes barges into the room without our consent and starts shouting,and as a cherry on top there's a pub above and your gonna have loud music blasting till 12

The overall experience in this hotel was pathetic, and the staff was very rude, and they are not even responding properly. Don't go to such types of hotels, and we have paid for ac rooms and they provide us non-ac rooms.

Location is near ayurvedic hospital Mysore. Hotel location is not situated main road side. Given room is very small and except water any other services given.

Very bad and pathetic hotel ever never go pls Food is very worst quality. Rotis very totally burnt. And Chicken was half cooked. Never visit this hotel ever. Very rude behaviour of hotel people. They do not regret at all.. what all bad food and service they gave. Totally disappointed. They cheated us by giving bad food

I stayed with my family in this hotel for my maysore vacation , but it was bad experience cause staff member was very rude and dis respective , I suggest you too do not waste your time to stay in this hotel ,they don't gave us guest behavior, just worst experience ....

The rooms need renovation and has water damage. Restrooms weren't maintained well. No hot water, just warm water available in the morning. Hotel staff behavior wasn't good. Major red flag is not providing sufficient time for checkout even during off season. Had to choose this hotel as a last resort during to late night check-in.

Location is the only attraction for staying in this hotel. I stayed with my family on June 04 and June 05. Stayed in room no 101. This is an AC triple bed room. Overall cleanliness is just average. You will not get hot water. No shower available in toilet. Toilet was very dirty. They are not cleaning it properly. If you want neat and clean wash rooms and toilet, never book this hotel. But, the location is close to bus stand and railway station.
