I recently stayed at Hotel Hoysala Mysuru, and overall, my experience was positive. **Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth. The staff was friendly & helpful , which set the tone for my stay. **Room Quality:** My room was clean, spacious. The amenities include like hot water AC are very good . The bed was comfortable, and I particularly liked view or balcony. **Facilities:** The hotel offered in house restaurant but the food was not up to but okay once to eat but much more options near by.. **Service:** The service throughout my stay is excellent. **Overall Impression:** Overall, I would recommend because reason: value for money, location, quality, and transportation . Location near to railway station. Rooms are clean and budget. Typical old Mysore style building, looks recently reconstructed with new amenities. Hot water, clean drinking water, AC and fan available. Overall a good experience.

We had booked the 4-bed room. Pros: Big clean room with ample sunlight. Away from main road hustle. Prompt room service. Hotel at Good central location. In house food was good and prompt response. Cons: Hotel is under construction. So expect construction noise. Bathroom fixtures definitely need an upgrade. Beds need repair. It had creaking noises. Don't expect luxury. But a good budget hotel.

Good place to stay for family. Clean rooms. Renovation work was going on. So it was messy. No brush or towel were served. Limited hot water supply

Went here for lunch buffet. Certainly not worth the charges. There were hardly any items in the buffet. Available items barely had any taste, and were rather quite bland. Clear state of being a government-managed organisation that doesn't care for customer satisfaction irrespective of which people keep getting their salaries and everything runs in an ignorant mode. Will I come here again? NO Will I refer this place to my friends? NO

Very well located property. not very far from the Mysuru Palace. They have KTDC bus services for local sightseeing. But the rooms are not that well maintained. water from the AC kept leaking into the room. Service is poor. They take too much time to allot fresh rooms. Utensils from room service are not cleared for 2 days. Food in their restaurant is very basic and okayish in taste.

--- **Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Hotel** I visited this hotel with my wife on September 1st, and our experience was far from pleasant. Upon checking in, we were given a brief room tour by a staff member. When he showed us the bathroom, we noticed that the hot water wasn't working properly. He told us to wait 10 minutes before using the shower, but even after waiting, the water was still cold. We repeatedly asked the front desk to fix it, but nothing was done, so we had to give up. To make matters worse, the bathroom was dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told there would be a breakfast buffet in the morning. However, when we went to the breakfast area, there was no buffet in sight. We were confused as we saw staff bringing food out from the kitchen. We realized it was an à la carte menu instead, so we decided to wait for someone to take our order. After 20 minutes of waiting, someone finally came, and it took another 35 minutes to get our food. After finishing breakfast, we were shocked when the staff asked us to pay for it. We were initially told that breakfast was included as a buffet, but now they were saying we needed a coupon. This was never mentioned when we checked in, and the staff refused to listen to our concerns. This hotel has become the worst experience of my life. I stayed here many years ago, and it used to be much better. Now it's dirty, unprofessional, and they don't communicate properly with their guests. Had stayed over for a single night with family. Being in the heart of Mysore, it gives easy access to many surrounding places. Property was well maintained. Stay was peaceful. I thank the personnel for their hospitality !
