I went with my friend. My stay was amazing and comfortable. Hotel is clean , service is good. Just that in the breakfast t didn't have any any appropriate in north indian food but the incharge there Abhishek Roy was sweet to get us nice aloo pyaz chees paratha. So finally that part was also taken care. We were happy by the service of the kind staff.

My stay at Hotel Fortune was average overall, with some positives overshadowed by significant maintenance issues. The location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, and the breakfast was the highlight of the stay, offering a good variety of options. The service staff were courteous and attentive, doing their best to ensure a pleasant experience despite the limitations of the facilities. However, the condition of the bathrooms was a major drawback. There was a persistent foul odor every time the toilet was used, making the stay uncomfortable. Even after shifting rooms, the plumbing issues remained, indicating a systemic problem that needs urgent attention. Additionally, the bathroom fixtures were outdated and rusty, further detracting from the experience. While the staff’s efforts were commendable, the management needs to prioritize maintenance and upgrades to make the hotel a more enjoyable place to stay.

Horrible experience, nothing more is required to be explained, anyone planning to stay here is highly informed that it'll be one of the worst accommodation experiences. I do not understand why reception staff treated us so unpleasant. It was really annoying. Team, please don't leave a formal apology ( a fake one to cover up). Improve your services. We are paying a premium for not having a worst experience like this. My true experience written in this review wouldn't bring this hotels' review rating, but anyone considering to stay, please rely only on the 1 star review. Those are real reviews that reflect actual experience at this hotel. Goodbye to brand ITC Hotels would never stay in one nor would recommend it anyone. Thank you again for a memorable unpleasant experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The food was delicious, and the overall service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Would definitely return!

We loved our stay there at JP Palace. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Rooms were clean. Service was great. Food was very good. Their Chef at Orchids cooked the special meal according to our requirement. Our rooms were upgraded to Executive suite at no extra cost. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. And we definitely would stay there at our next visit

This place is good. Since its a member of the ITC group, people tend to have more expectations. They staffs here are a little dated and hence everything gets a little slow. The pool is good as it is open in the night as well however its at owner's risk. All you need to have is the proper swimming costume. Its located in the prime location and ST. Philomena's cathedral is very close to the place - a walkable distance. we had a great time there

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast has a variety of good food. Their rooftop restaurant has a nice ambience and excellent service. Special mention to Avishek and Punam who served us well.||The massage at their in-house spa is a must try! Very relaxing.

Highly disappointed with this hotel. The furnishings are outdated and the hotel rooms are in serious need of update/renovation. Check the pictures. The deluxe rooms are the worst! They have spring beds and the quality was so poor that it started hurting our back. We complained and they put a thick mattress topper over it which made it bearable but not really comfortable. This has happened in both the rooms that were given to us. Coming to the hospitality, this is the worst hotel I have seen with staff having little to no training including the ones at the reception. Few staff members from the restaurant were rude and did not know what they were doing. Usually if you mention a special occasion a good hotel will try to make a good experience for the guests but even after doing so there was least enthusiasm. Our occasion could have been elevated by a simple gesture by the staff. Maybe our expectations were high. The food here is mediocre. Will NOT recommend Lunch and dinner, there are much better restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast spread is decent and can be opted for. This is by no means a 4-star hotel. We are highly disappointed and would NOT recommend this to anyone. It is NOT value for money and I am sure you can get much better hotels in a similar budget. PS- the only pro is it is near to major attractions in the city. Hope this helps travelers when planning the trip to Mysore.
