Fraud, scam. Do not book it please. They Demand extra money from everyone who books the room and pay completely Please do not book this hotel they demand extra money even after paying complete amount online. I booked private room with private bathroom but they have 1 family room with common bathroom and he says we booked that one and private room is costly and says to pay extra. He did that with another people also. Same tactics to get extra money. They did not even give towel soap shampoo. Service is not good. And place is also not good as there is a wine shop near by with all drunk men not safe. Check other reviews too they say same things. Its a fraud. Demanding extra money from all I had paid extra even after paying full amount to hemanth chandra please return my extra money paid

Most pathetic situation! I have booked this property on agoda and went. The receptionist gave me check-in and I just went for dinner while coming back he said, this room was already given to someone else and he has arranged another room somewhere else. Since it was late in night around 2-3am, I didn’t go to fight instead agreed to his arrangement. This is where things went really upsetting. He first of all gave me wrong address which is 20min away from the hotel ( infact it was just 9min away ) , I went and called the other property owner she said its wrong place we’ve arrived. Then again we drove 20mins reached the property and It was pathetic! No ac, not at all clean room and bath! - where the indra suits guy promised me everything you get here you will get the same there as well. Such a pathetic experience! Never ever book this hotel. I learnt my lesson.

This is a scamster hotel. I booked this hotel through OYO. When I reached the hotel the receptionist say that we have booked a non attached bathroom and we have to pay extra 200 per room. I had to pay 400 as I had 2 rooms. OYO doesn't mention anywhere that room is without bathroom because OYO shows only one room that's CLASSIC! I couldn't get into argument because it was already late at night 8pm and I had my family with me. The room was stinking with cigarette smell, uncleaned pillow covers , bedsheets , bugs lying around , uncleaned and leftover soaps , broken handles of the bathroom. Plus hot water was not at all available had to ask him more than 5 times for it and finally I heated water with the coil given by him. Wasted my time waiting for hot water both evening and next day morning. Wrong AC remotes placed in the room , dint use AC the whole night in one room . No TV remotes had to ask him for all these. He gets it from other room finally. OYO is careless about this as they don't have customer care number which can address the issues immediately. We only have to mail them. Below average rooms and not recommended!!!!

Worst OYO anyone can book. The hotel is worst when it comes to cleanliness, staff support or even basic water requirement. When we came for checkin, the staff told that room we booked does not have attached bathroom and we need to pay extra to get room which has attached bathroom and ac. This is completely scamming the customers. The bedsheets and blankets were stained with blood and oil and when asked to changed the staff gives even dirtier bedsheets. Drinking water is also not available in hotel...some water jar filled in basement is where you go and fetch yourself drinking water. The staff is behaviour is so arrogant. When asked to speak in hindi for us to understand what they are saying...the staff leaves saying only kanada. Worst experience in life...at 11:30 PM you can't even go and search other hotels.

This is the worst hotel in terms of the service from the hotel staff(receptionist). We reached around at 9pm and the receptionist told us that the room which we booked is classic room i.e, non-AC and it will not have attached bathroom(as per receptionist). Then I had an argument with him and finally he accepted to provide AC room with atached bathroom. For room giving 3 star as it had a balcony and neat, otherwise I would have put that also 1 star. One more reason he accepted to provide room was because I did not pay amount in advance while booking from Oyo.

It’s the worst experience and worst service ever I have experienced. Even 1 star is not deserved for them. I have booked 2 classic rooms through Oyo but when I showed up they said there were no rooms available. Later they send us to their another location which is Indra comfort there they promised there is rooms available. Once we reach there they said there is no availability a lady receptionist there again confirmed they have rooms in another property. Once we reach there they also said same thing as they don’t have rooms. We wasted our time by traveling one place to another. Tried to reach out Oyo customer care but no response and even no reply to email. Very worst and disappointing experience I have ever seen. Pathetic and unacceptable. And Iam not sure who will compensate our cost of travel and time incurred due to juggling of their staffs.

Worst experience....rude staff and management. There are no gyser in the room. Housekeeing lady did not changed the bedsheet unles l told her. They won't give a proper answer and question us in reverse if we raise any concern. We have booked an AC room but there were no AC. The staag dont know how to treat any1.totally disappointed and waste of money.

Yeah there was a quality service in this hotel rooms... You can get anything you want ... amazing ambience and also neat and clean stuffs will be provided in the rooms . You can go have funs at a budget friendly rooms . Definitely worth it .
