Very good place to stay in Mysore.. recently went to Mysore to attend a family marriage.. stayed here one night as it was very close to the function hall.. left our bag there and checked out.. remembered about that after 12 days .. enquired in the reception over the phone call.. they have responded politely and asked me to send a message regarding that matter..msg sent and got a reply next day morning with positive response.. they kept our bag safely and returned it to our relative.. cannot forget this help and it will show their honesty.. very good service is given by them.. continue the same work in future also.. all the best team..I personally refer this place in all the aspects.. rooms were kept clean .. washroom was really hygienic..thank you team all such good service provided for us..

Room furniture was poorly maintained, especially the chairs. Door knobs were broken & some lights were not working. Walls seemed to have undergone modification job that was half done. Location is a plus and service was good.

1st of all I booked SUVARNA SUITES, but a female from the property called me in the last minute and says that there is some technical issue and all the room are full in this property so I'll reallocate you to a different property which we own near by and changed my room to a different location(SUVARNA RESIDENCE) which was pathetic, starting from the beginning the pillow covers had 100's of holes , the chairs very very very dirty, the chairs had a lot of stains and the washroom's jet spray was very FILTHY, I definitely sure that if anyone uses it will be getting many sorts of diseases, the washroom was unfinished had some plyboards without paint freshly cut and sticked I REQUEST TRAVELLERS NOT TO STAY IN THIS PROPERTY

Nice rooms and safety is good but dental kit shuld be needed and little clean rooms shuld be kept and hot /cold water facilities are good

We had a pleasant time, the room was clean and fresh. Has good access to resturants. The staff are flexible and helpful.
