Worst ever management.. no proper response , the receptionist who was there (21/11/2024 night was very worst ever person.. ) Management was not all customer friendly, we came as a family of 4 , due to the inconvenience and worst response from the hotel side, we checked out by midnight and took another hotel .. suffered a lot with kids . I wish management will check on this and respond me. And don't ever do this to any other customer... We customers not coming for this kind of service.. we are paying , so be responsible and provide a good service. 200% worst staffs I have seen ever...

I would come straight to the point. Its not worth it. The hotel is good if they charge 1500-2000 per night. This is because there is no service.. absolutely no one to do anything. If you call reception or in room service..they just don't respond. Even the restaurant manager said that room delivery boy is slow and not responsible. We had to order zomato ultimately and got my own plate from restaurant 😁 So if you are willing to spend 3500 4000 rs look out for better option. If you want this kind of stay (the president hotel).. you would get in1500 2000.. there are many other options available.

Horrible experience when we arrived the staff said wi-fi won't be able available and the room wasn't that clean and TV doesn't even support USB or any external connection and the room doesn't even have a doormat very dissatisfied and our trip is ruined

Rooms were very clean and neatly maintained. We had a family event there in one of the party hall. We had issues with the AC it wasn't working but they checked and changed the room immediately. We were in the summer time and it took quite a lot of time to cool down. Food needs some changes, the menu and services are fine but the taste can be better.

One good thing that they are inclusive in hiring their team. They have specially abled staff and they are very well with their job. Loved this about the Hotel However overall it's really dirty (dirty linen, bad smelling towels, not very clean toilets, dirty mugs, dirty serving trays). And team wouldn't agree to change at the linen and towels at the first request.

"What a horrible experience! When we arrived, the room was dirty, with discarded bedsheets and pillows lying around. It appeared as if they hadn't bothered to clean up after their previous guests. Avoid at all cost! ""Keep away from this location! The room locks are a nightmare. They are constantly malfunctioning, leaving us stranded outside our room several times. It isn't worth the hassle and discomfort. "I'd give zero stars if I could! The lack of cleanliness is awful. Who wants to sleep on unclean bedding and pillows? It is horrible and repulsive. And don't get me started on the lack of customer satisfaction. Save yourself the hassle and look for another accommodation. It's disappointing when service doesn't meet expectations, especially for such basic needs. If the hotel staff isn't responsive to feedback, you might want to consider leaving a review online or speaking with a manager directly to express your dissatisfaction. They should prioritize meeting their guests' needs promptly.
