Cleanliness Issues: "The room was filthy! There was mold in the bathroom, dust all over the furniture, and the sheets didn’t seem washed." "I found hair in the sink and stains on the carpet—absolutely disgusting." Unfriendly Staff: "The staff was rude and unhelpful. When I asked for extra towels, they acted like I was inconveniencing them." "The receptionist was condescending and made us feel unwelcome right from check-in." Noisy Environment: "Walls are paper-thin. I could hear everything from the rooms next door and the hallway, making it impossible to sleep." "Construction noise woke us up at 6 AM every morning—completely ruined the trip!" Poor Maintenance: "The air conditioner was broken, and the room was unbearably hot. Even after complaining, nothing was fixed." "The elevator was out of order, and we had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs." False Advertising: "The pictures online looked nothing like the actual hotel. It was much smaller, dingier, and in a sketchy neighborhood." "The so-called 'spa' was just a tiny room with a broken hot tub. Definitely not worth the extra money." Overpricing and Hidden Fees: "For the price we paid, the amenities were lacking, and they charged extra for basic things like Wi-Fi and parking." "Beware of hidden fees! They tacked on extra charges for things they didn’t mention at booking." And finally don't prefer this hotel.

Location is Not great... Views are not there, I am not sure if their restaurant is functioning or not . Service found but slow. Rooms are good ... But stay is bit costly I found. Rest is good for family or corporate Stay. I guess they also have Mysore Darshan buses facility

Rooms was clean. Bedding had stains that looked permanent. Room walls and roof had paint chipping spread across. The bathroom had no hot water supply. No drinking water was available between 7pm and 6:15am at the hotel even after requesting the same as the reception, one must buy water bottles for their own consumption. Bathroom did not have working comode flush, sink was falling apart, and the drainage pipe from the basin fell off after using the basis for 3 minutes to fresh up. Hot water was claimed to be available from 6am but as we had to leave we could not test this. No drinking water available at the water cooler. The surrounding main road is wide and filled with shops ranging from butchers, medical, clothing & shopping and alcohol. Asked reception for hot water to drink, hot water to bath none was provided although promised by 12am. No hot kettle available in the room. Utensils in the room did not look appetizing for use.

This has to be the worst hotel in Mysuru, the staff were rude and didn't give the free wifi. He said there's no wifi but I can see it in the 'nearby wifi's' very well. As per the room price, we got a 4 people room which had two double beds. When we checked in, they didn't even clean the room and we had to wait several hours. I recommend not booking this hotel as there are many better hotels nearby for cheap prices.

Very dirty rooms, staffs give no response and rude if you say any compliant. I went with my family for a trip to Mysore during Dasara festival and landed on this hotel by the tourist travels guy(Mohammed Shabaaz) where we booked cab. Be careful when travels people suggest any sort of hotel. They do it for benefit(commission) and make you stay this kind of worst hotels. This was my first and worst experience with my family at Mysore. For the nasty and no facility room we paid 3000 per night for single room. We got cheated. No AC, No bath towel, No Wifi, broken sockets, tube lights and fans rolled with spider web and the room handed over without cleaning blankets from lastly stayed people. Don’t step in here and make yourself frustrated in trip which you are being planning for relaxation.

This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We booked three rooms, yet they only provided one cramped room with no space to walk or place our luggage. The room was filthy, and the washroom was untidy. Hot water was unavailable, the AC and TV didn’t work, and the promised “city view” was nothing but a view of nearby huts and small houses, with no ventilation. The rude and unhelpful staff only added to our frustration. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Worst hotel you can find in mysore. I know it's cheaper but it is worst believe me the bedsheet, towel, washroom everything was in bad condition. And the worst part is behaviour of their staff avoid this place at any cost.
