Treebo Four Seasons

It was a value for money stay. Rooms and washrooms were clean. Towels were old and needs to replace with the new. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was simple and good.

The hotel is on the main road. Booked 2 rooms (Maple) (for 2 families) over phone and specifically requested for parking of 2 cars. But no arrangement was made for proper parking. Rooms are not spacious, not illuminated adequately and not maintained properly. Old linens and curtains. Only one staff was very courteous. There was no restaurant in this property but “Very Limited” breakfast was served from outside. Room tariff is overpriced for the facilities.|Overall experience - Service quality needs improvement. Not at all worth for money. I would definitely NOT recommend this property.

We stayed here for a day, and the room condition was really bad. 1. The shower room seat was broken. 2. The kettle was dirty. 3. The commode seat was loose and hanging. 4. The phone cord kept popping out. The staff was polite, but when we asked them to collect the dinner plates, they didn't, and it was stinking a lot by morning. Breakfast was okay, but they put in their best effort.

Ambience is full of cigar smoke including elevator. Wifi has no connect during entire stay Complimentary breakfast is hopeless Staff has no idea about late departure It's bit far to the main points in the city.

Value for money hotel. Breakfast is almost same daily. But Idli,dosa, wade with chutney and sambar were very tasty. Parking car is a bit not comfortable. Staff behaviour is good. Rooms were clean and ok for stay.TV only free channels you can watch. Location is good with nearby mall. And only option is A to Z hotel to eat.

Had a very bad experience. The rooms very very bad. Service was poor and we weren’t provided good breakfast. Location is far from the mysore city. Its very doubtful whether it really comes under Treebo.

All are good and well maintained, hotel is very good with spacious and all facilities. We stayed in deluxe room and breakfast was also good||
