Amazing hotel with a wonderful restaurant. Don't be fooled by the small number of reviews- this hotel is brand new, and it deserves every one of the 5 star reviews I see people leaving. It is centrally located in Mysore, and has incredibly nice staff, and THE BEST restaurant. The restaurant serves mostly Indian, and is run by an amazing chef. Everything we tried was very delicious and reasonably priced. Having a restaurant on-site was very important for us (western mother & daughter) and it turned out really great. The room is modern and very clean, and really, I don't have anything bad to say! I would definitely stay here again :)

The Rooms are good and facilities are fantastic. However the bed size may be sufficient for a couple, but with a toddler the bed is not sufficient. Better to ask for an extra bed if travelling with a kid. The restaurant food quality & taste is fantastic. The service is top notch. *Mr Nishant Sing* served us really well. He is well behaved and extremely honest and prompt in his service.

This hotel was situated in a very good location. The room was very neatly maintained. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. The best part was the food. I loved the buffet breakfast and menu from live kitchen. The dinner was also very good,so I didn't went to any other place for dinner. I strongly recommend to take this hotel.

Its a good hotel for a short stay. I loved the food and the staffs at restaurant. They did an extremely good job. The selection at the breakfast buffet was superb. Only two drawback was - the rooms have small double bed. If you are a bit on heavier side, it might not be a comfortable one. The other is the parking. The hotel needs to create a alternative parking arrangement for the convenience of those booked.

If there was a negative rating that would be more appropriate for this hotel. -10 from my side. ## Terrible Experience I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: ### Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) #### Dirty bathroom and room Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by how unkempt it was. The bathroom is beyond words. There were old used toilet tissues lying in corners of the walls. #### No Hand Towels To make matters worse, there were no hand towels provided in the bathroom. I had to use a bath towel to dry my hands, which is not only inconvenient but also unsanitary. It’s the little things that matter, and this was a major oversight. #### Rude Staff The staff members were incredibly rude and unhelpful. There were constant eye rolls on small and genuine asks. Customer service should be a priority, but it clearly isn’t here. #### Extra Bed Disaster I also requested an extra bed for an additional charge of 1000 rupees. What I received was a flimsy 5-foot bed that was absolutely unsuitable for an adult. It was uncomfortable, and I barely fit on it. This felt like a scam rather than a legitimate service. ### Conclusion Overall, I would not recommend [Hotel Name] to anyone. The dirty rooms, lack of basic amenities like hand towels, rude staff, and misleading extra bed policy made for an extremely disappointing stay. Save your money and find a place that values cleanliness and customer service! Seems all other 5 star reviews are paid. I am shocked how people can give this hotel 5 star ratings at all, clearly they are paid which fooled us too.

Comfortable hotel with a funny rule. The rooms were clean, the hotel staff were kind and they allowed an early checkin too, toilets were hygienic. Centrally located as well. They have funny rule which caused an embarrassing moment to me, I had to tell a friend who came to visit me at the lobby, they do not allow visitors to your room, guess they haven’t moved on from the covid rules.

Great Hotel, Comfortable Stay I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were generally okay; they were helpful but could be a bit more attentive. The only drawback was the parking situation it’s quite limited. I had to park my car outside on the roadside, but the security reassured me they’d keep an eye on it. Overall, a good stay with a minor parking inconvenience.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice in a row, and both experiences exceeded my expectations. The hotel is incredibly budget-friendly without compromising on cleanliness, location, or service. Syed, in particular, stood out with his warm and welcoming nature. Every morning during breakfast, he made sure to check on all the guests, which added a personal touch to the stay. The rooms are well-maintained, and the bathrooms are spotless, giving the impression that the property is new. Room service is prompt, and the food from the restaurant is both delicious and affordable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality accommodation at a great price! Kudos to the complete team (service, restaurant and management).
