Typical of the hotels whose best years are behind them. Place slowly but surely falling apart with maintenance always a step behind. The staff do their best to compensate with their prompt service. The location is fantastic. Close to couple of good restaurants.

The property has a mix of room quality. Some rooms may have a slight odor and need better upkeep. However, the suite options are quite elegant, spacious, and well-maintained. You can enjoy a great view of the Dasara procession from certain suites. It’s best to check the room in person before finalizing your stay. Also, don’t hesitate to negotiate the price, as the reception may offer rates that are a bit on the higher side.

This is an old property. Condition of room is not great. Water taps have low pressure. Overall service is absolutely poor. 1. There were no towels in the rooms. After multiple requests we got towel after 4 to 5 hrs. 2. Same with multiple request they put additional mattress and it was having problem in springs hence difficulties in sleeping. 3. Doesn't serve food in room . You can only get plates from reception and get swiggy. 4. Checking process is very poor. We were lucky that me and other friend family got rooms. Others had to wait for the cleaning to happen and get their rooms at 2pm

Rooms are not hygienic bathroom is not good not recommended for family. Rooms light is not working and no hot water. They will give water heater to get water heat.

I wish I could give a big 0 Zero rating for this Hotel, this hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The staffs are not cordial, it took an hour to prepare a bill. Worst, couldn’t describe more , the worst!!

Bad service and room. Not working AC and other things. No one take responsibility. OYO can't do anything. Floor tiles are broken qn acceptable.

This hotel located in quite a calm part of Mysore with a good amount of parking is a good option one can go for.... There are two restaurants located close to this which is much more convenient... Only inconvenience was late night noises of people running and screaming on the corridor, maybe they were some other guests...another thing is that the rooms can be improved a little more... Other than that everything is fine

Had the worst experience with this hotel. Booked for 3 nights and somehow after the first night, I was sent to another hotel due to some electricity problems and the first hotel they sent me was disgusting. Another one wasn't good either. But had to stay there since there is no refund policy. Completely a waste of money!!!!!
