This is an Service Apartment with 2BHK facility. Best residencial place. Located in well near to Chamundi hill, Just 10 mins drive from here. Has sufficient car parking. Rooms are very well maintained with good facilities. Especially Staff behaviour was very kind, i called for 10PM check in the staff was very kind in recieving and made smooth check in. He was very kind in guiding for all our queries. Perfect stay for family. I have heard from Staff that 3rd and 4th floor are Deluxe rooms at the time of check out and they are very well in architecture compared to Comfort standard rooms. Choose deluxe rooms for much better experience which is just 150-200Rs in extra. Facility provides AC, Hot water features and has dining table for good experience. Thanks for the staff making the experience best. 🙂

It’s a good option at affordable cost. The value for money is there. However, every time you need to go somewhere, you will have to book a cab. There is no stores or amenities around. So for even a small thing you will have to go about 2km. It’s mostly residential area. The hotel don’t have a restaurant and you will have to order food from Swiggy or any nearby restaurant. The rooms are not very clean and so the bathrooms. Most of the time, Water doesn’t come in bathrooms.

Well located ! Also nice view from window, depends on room location. Ac and other amenities are good ! Wifi not available. Surrounding is silent and good . The staff is okay okay ! Lively place and rooms are clean and quite big . Home stays are best

Very bad experience. Staff are rude. Booked for 2 rooms, one room is given without attached bathroom. Customer disconnect phone and saying they are transferneeting to customer manager for 5 times.and kept us waiting for 1 hour out the home stay at 10 pm. With adjustment still we went in. The power kept on tripping for 1hour. That was a sleepless night for our family. If you want this nightmare, you are free to check in...

Don't book here!!! You get a shared bathroom and also there's only one air conditioning remote for all the 3 ACs in an apartment with 3 bed rooms. They don't provide bathroom supplements nor towels. Also it's kind of located in a place where nothing is close by.

Standard has fallen a lot. A year back when I had visited this place, it was a pleasant surprise. Not now anymore. Rooms are stinking and cockroach infested. Not sure if any maintenance work is happening at all. Avoid!

Worst experience. Intrigant they told there is double booking. Had booked 3 rooms.. Squeezed into two. Ac not working.. Filled with cockroaches... Don't want to take risk of complimentary breakfast.. Better to avoid this place

No towel and soap. No hot water in the morning. I just stayed for a night, but the service for necessary things were missing. Place is among a residential area very peaceful and lovely, yet :(
