Hotel Maharaja Heritage - Mysore

The rooms are very good and clean and the ambience is very nice and is located in heart of the city which is near to Mysore Palace, Zoo, and Chamundi hill.

Located at a convenient part of Mysore, this hotel needs restoration/renovation work. The rooms are spacious, ceilings are damaged, washrooms needs to be fixed, electrical plug points needs to be added, light switches needs to be fixed to enable switching on or off each light rather than a single switch and a lot more.

Hello everyone. Before you book a room in this hotel, read carefully below & if you are ok with those you can go ahead to regret your decision. 1. No Lift. 2. Room service is pathetic. If you ask for anything, they will respond that they will deliver but not. you have to go down or call the number which they will give with multiple reminders & requests. Phone number mentioned in manual bill is not the same. 3. Room charge is very high 3500 INR for a room which is really worth of 2000 INR 4. For AC they charge additionally. There is Wall fan in room which makes so much of noice. 5. No Geyser. No hot water. If you ask for heater, they will give you normal heater to boil water. and they will ring or knock the room door whenever it is required whatever time it is. 6. No dust bins in room. 7. In this hotel premises Bar & Restaurant exists. If you are going with Family be careful at evening/night time. I went to Mysore along with my family. Due to urgency i had no choice to book this & spoiled my mood during entire stay.

Worst service and staffs, it's not worth for our money. They need to maintain room clean, bedshits and washroom also and they using steel buckets in the washroom like old generation. But to everyone my suggestion is don't stay in this hotel, for this amount you can stay any better hotel than this.

Centrally located in Mysore at the off arasu road, the restaurant cum bar has a decent choice for food of Chinese and Indian cuisine at a very reasonable price. The ambience is the center pice of the place offering a very quiet yet comfortable experience. Choices of alcohol should not leave one disappointed. Overall pretty good for family and friends get together.

Charged extra money. Not friendly staff. Bad odour was coming from room. Toilets are the worst thing no tiles available at the washroom. Dirty bed covers and no window curtains available. I booked the AC room for a price of 605/- and they took 120 extra and provided a normal room with old furniture. No amenities were available like mentioned as TV,AC,Wifi, catering.when asked to change room owner behaved rudely saying as only this rooms are available but whole hotel was empty except 2-3 rooms. Very disappointed with the stay don't book it. Location is very good but hotel is very bad you will regret it. Rooms are not like shown in pics. Very bad condition with old furniture. Worst experiance total vacation wasted.

Worst expetiance. Worst restort Not 24 hours rent only 12 hours rent Charged extra money. Poor rooms. Not friendly staff. If you are booking with third party app they provide you the room depending on the price. No tiles in bathroom. Bad odour in room. Very old furniture and bed. Not cleaned or hygeined bed covers and pillows. When asked to change the room they said no room available bit the most of the rooms were empty

Given five stars just to show my review on first place........ Spent one day here, experience was very bad, staff do not co-operate at all, was rude, no communication skills at all, room was dirty, unhygienic with bed bugs, dirty blankets dusty and damp walls, no hand wash or soap in bathroom no towel nothing no house keeping service,, don't provide drinking water if needed.... After booking if you ask for cancellation they will abuse you and won't refund even a single penny,,, worst hotel never book and spoil your journey... Refer screen shot for bed bugs and dirty room picture... Not worth of money paid...
