Collection O 82654 Heera Suites

One of the worst rooms I have visited till date, Not even a single star. Please don't Book rooms here. Very dissapointed. Worst Service, no wifi, no proper fan or AC. No Dirty Washrooms, I think blankets aren't washed from the day this hotel Inaugurated. Rooms are like Punjunt smell. Please don't Book and regret like us. 😡

Very poor and disgusting rooms, Not at all cleaned. Rooms are not at all like the pics that has been updated in all the booking sites. Everything is totally different and unhygienic, waste of spending time and money.

I'm unable to locate the hotel - no proper response from customer care/Agoda CC - No contact number in hotel website nor anyone called from hotel for check in support - Very painful experience - moved to different hotel now :-((((
