Worst experience ever in my life and the GM Mr. Afroz - he don't know how to speak with customer and very disappointed with his way speaking with customer. Worst behaviour. Rooms will not be cleaned properly and People in reception will not relay on those words. Very worst service provided to customers and especially Mr.Afroz.

The food is okay but a bit pricy . They should maintain cleanliness. There were fly's all over table n hand wash is inside kitchen which is dirty and smoke from kitchen filled the dining area

Stayed for a night. There was no hot water, but they provided in buckets. Service was good.Prime location, no dedicated parking area, but road is wide and safe to park by roadside. They have a very tasty and filling buffet breakfast, which came as a surprise to us.

Worst hotel Don't stay here even in case of any urgency. We stayed in urgency, they charged 1800 for few hours and couldn't give a water bottle for free. Not much hygiene for family. They have food garbage in the parking whihc is risky for car, since Rats may cut the wire. No hot wate.
