Hotel Santoshi Novatel

The hotel is centrally located. The room and beds are good. However the toilet / bathroom is in bad shape, the mirror on wash basin is to old to show your face. No toiletories are provided by the hotel. No tea/coffee pouches with kettle are provided. In short the hotel is so so and not preferable for family visit.

We have taken 3 rooms and all the rooms are Non Clean Rooms, Bathroom is the worst ones and No Hot Water (they are saying that they are saving) No Paste, No Brush and Shampoo. When asked boys they are saying that they don't provide for guests as a management policy (Charging 2300 per room and not spending 20rs on the above). Last but not least they will provide all out only when asked * Careful about Bed bugs a Safety : No Tower Bolts to lock Electrical: AC is sometimes working Fans : Noisy and non Control of Dimmers Rooms : Non Clean bath Room : Worst of the Worst Overall : Avoid this hotel

Wrost hotel and worst manager.... Recently we booked a room in agoda....after teaching the location they are telling that your booking has been cancelled....but from agoda we dint get any email or message regarding the cancellation....manager is not professional he is simply talking rubbishly ....even though we booked a room they are refusing to give us the rooms.....wrost people....I won't recommend people to go here and stay...

Came here for a wedding in their banquet hall and stayed in their rooms. The rooms are decent and spacious but cleanliness needs to be improved. Service is very horrible, no one was there at reception most of the times! No coordination between different staffs(I.e night n day shift) , if you ask them they say it’s not their responsibility and the other person’s responsibility who is not available. One more horrible thing is there is no stairs and only lift, in which you need to wait for a long time!!! Overall needs to improve a lot on cleanliness and service!

Room was okay , bathrooms feel like they have been used forever full of salt deposits , proper cleaning is due . The location is horrible , it’s inside a mall complex which is under construction full of dust and dirt . Hotel lobby was at 3rd floor which was decent . Not worth 3k for one night for this place . Try to find a place near the bus stand

Room are good and specious. Clean and hygenic. 2 double beds are available. Reasonable cost of living. Prime location. Facilities are included as per below. 1. Water bottle 2. Soap 3. Jio TV 4. Air conditioner 5. Clean blankets and pillows 6. Clipboard 7. Dressing table 8. Mosquito killer device (Maxo or goodnight brand) Good stay in raichur city.
