Sarvam Residency

Very decent staff, Receptionist. Good service. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Only one complaint is in bath rooms commode seat is loose, spray gun is broken, reported to Reception. Rooms service is good. Overall our stay for two nights was very comfortable.

I had my parents stay over in the hotel and they liked it very well . The owner and the manager were really welcoming. We requested for a late check in and check out and they agreed upon. The rooms were big and spacious. Definitely would recommend whoever visiting Sagara, Karnataka.

We had visited the property recently and loved our stay here. It was located at the center of city with designated parking space which was a huge plus point. The staffs were helpful and check- in process was very quick. Mr.Vinayak ensured that we are comfortable. Overall a nice service oriented place to stay for family.

Namaste. Stayed for a day at Sarvam Residency, Sagar. Excellent place, Rooms are very clean, Bathroom is very good. Location is close to Railway Station and Shop Street. Very convenient location for commuting to other destinations from here. Very friendly staff. The only shortfall is they don’t have a Restaurant or a Coffee Shop as yet now. They promised that the restaurant will be opening soon. Certainly recommend for a happy stay.

Prime location, within town area. The only drawback would be the restaurant being unavailable currently as the property was recently inaugurated and is still being set up. However compared to all other available properties for accommodation in this town or tourists visiting the “Jog Falls” can consider Sarvam Residency for sure. There is a well designed basement car parking facility as well made which makes it convenient for guests. Room highlights- spacious room with good ventilation. Cleanly maintained. The Hotel management as well was very cooperative in terms of accommodating an early check in and out.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. The location is perfect, as it is close to train station. The rooms very clean and comfortable. We had a good stay. Would definitely recommend.

I was skeptical when I booked here. However, it was as shown in the pictures. Room were clean and spacious, Mr. Vinayak and the staff are lovely to interact with and the lodge has facilities right from airport pick up/drop to sightseeing, in-room dining, etc. Lodge is located in the city centre so walkable distance to everywhere.

This is an absolutely beautiful stay 1 hour from Jog falls. The rooms are well maintained and the staff is quite friendly. We had visited the property recently and loved our stay here. If there's anyone who wishes to check out budget stay near Jog this us the right choice
