One of the worst services provided by them. I booked room and informed that i will reach early morning and I reached property at early morning 5 o clock. Later told rooms are not available and they told me to search other room and slept. Worst management ever I seen. Not even eligible for single star. He doesn't even know kannada and don't know how to behave. It's better close the lodge and sleep full day

Worst service and pathetic management. I do not have an option but to give negative rating hence 1star. Pros : The only thing good about this place is the Owner, who is a very genuine guy. He called us to check on the status and offered a refund for poor service after knowing what had happened. Cons : 1. Rooms are managed by a bunch of teenagers who dont care for customer satisfaction. They giggle and laughed when we ask why service is not provided. 2. Bookings are not honoured!!!! No matter how early you book the room, you will have to wait for hours before you get a room. 3. Hot water facility is really poor!!! Half the rooms do not have hot water facility if you do not have "Sun". 4. Rooms are very small. Please dont go by the photos, they are nothing like it. Overall, you have to pay for good words from the owner nothing else.

One of the best hotel in Sagara town. It's brand new and located in very calm and quiet place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. All the rooms are equipped with cupboards and good charging facilities. They provide Hot water in the morning. Staff and owners are very friendly and cooperative.

Worst management, dirty stinking rooms, worst in service. Highest in price. I dont recommend this for anyone

Nice and comfortable rooms, pet friendly, clean bathroom and friendly staff. Reasonable rates too!! Hence the 5 star

This lodge provide room at affordable rates.rooms are clean.you can definitely stay here to release the traveling stress.it is easy to find this lodge also it provide parking facility.overall experience is good.

Nice and clean rooms with hot water facility. Not very far away from railway station. Market and auto-stand are there nearby.

The worst lodge in the city.. Worst services.. You book for one day and you will be billed for 2 days.. What they speak while booking will be completely different from what they speak while booking.. Highly disappointed with the experience.. Highly not recommended..
