Royal Orchid Central, Shimoga

The hotel was pretty good in terms of professional culture and welcoming. They had good rooms blocked for us while I had already blocked rooms online. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and the parking facility of the hotel is awesome. They are also knowledgeable on nearby places where we can go for a short outing and it was really helpful. ||Inprovement areas: The gym located on top floor was bit untidy, there were no lights when i went there at 8 pm and the equipments needs to be changed or modified.

We had a great stay during admission of my kid at Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS). The hotel location is fantastic and is in walking distance to both to the hostel, the college and the bus stand. Despite a 4-star hotel, the price too was competitive and value for money when compared to the other close-by hotels of lower categories. The process of check-in through check-out was absolutely smooth and all that you required is a Govt id. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. All the staff that I came across were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet, mostly South-Indian style should not be missed. The overall experience was great and would recommend it.

One of the best hotels in Shivamogga city to stay with an upper medium budget. Clean rooms, central location, car parking, decent staff and good food choices. Especially don't forget to add breakfast in your booking. It is excellent and worth it. As it is located bang in front of the main road don't look for a calm retreat. It is more for business and travel stay. Absolutely safe for family visits. Highly recommended.

My family and I spent a night here when we were on our way to Hampi. It is along the main road. Location is excellent, everything is closeby- ATM, Mall, Grocery, Church etc., Our room was spotless! Sheets are fresh and our room was cozy and spacious. We enjoyed the bathtub on our room as well. Dinner and breakfast was excellent. They also have a quiet little bar in this hotel that my husband and I enjoyed. They best thing about this hotel though is the staff’s hospitality🤩

I visited the property on business travel and was pleasantly surprised by the services offered. I booked my stay last minute through a phone call with a representative who assisted me and made the process easy and quick. I was welcomed nicely and the check in was seamless even thought I checked in late at night and requested for a late check out the next day for which they politely obliged. I enjoyed a relaxed dinner at tiger trail which was made to perfection. The breakfast buffet had a good spread with variety of options. I would definitely recommend the stay to anyone traveling to shivamogga.

The stay was nice and pleasent. The rooms were near and clean. The food was good. One suggestion is to add more options for vegetarian food. The ambience of the hotel was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel is near the mall which is very nice and also a bus stand is on a walking distance from the hotel.
