Family restaurant offers decent food and liquor options.Spacious and decent seating.The live music gets too jarring especially with guests being allowed to join the singing.Prices are steep for the overall experience.Parking is on the roadside.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff's behavior is highly unacceptable—rude, unprofessional, and lacking basic manners and courtesy. The glasses we were given had an unpleasant odor, and the staff's constant staring made us feel very uncomfortable. There is nothing particularly special on the menu. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking to enjoy your day.

ACs were just not working in the room. We were part of a marriage party and almost everyone had identical issues. Restaurant was not functional for breakfast though the staff organised bf from outside restaurant.

The rooms are really clean. The beds are super comfortable. Few rooms don’t have proper air conditioners, but except that fact I fell it’s really good. And the channels in television are recharged. I recommend u guys should come here!

Don't know where to start from.. Worst experience.. Rude waiters..zero manners. While the staff was arranging the cutlery on the tables, spoons and forks fell on the unhygienic floor.. They kept them on all the tables WITHOUT WASHING. 🤮🤮 We could nt belive what we saw. This is their 3rd class service.. They over hear our conversations.. Chiiiiiii🤮🤮🤮🤮

Such bad experience, visit this place only if u want to ruin ur mood for the whole day, such a rude, arrogant and mannerless staffs... They got no minimum etiquette in serving, general greeting...overall food is average but pricey, u can check other better options

Good hotel that is close to the highway. Rooms are on the pricey side. We also didn't get the wifi credentials from the reception and didn't bother because we had great cell service here

One of the worst hotels in shivamogga.. They give tap water in plastic bottle saying he already opened the cap, waiter's are arrogant..there is no proper service, they talk to customers very rudely..owner will close the restaurant if he doesn't change the waiter's and servers..not hygienic
