Jewel Rock Hotel

The room was kinda decent. Lots of mosquitoes at night even tho the windows were closed. We booked two rooms in which my room didn't get hot water. The exhaust fan is too small for the steam coming from the shower during hot bath to let it go out of the bathroom which feels suffocated. The bathroom was bit smelly which was bearable. No kettle or any other complementary items other than soap and towel. Decent parking space on offer with good restaurant. Overall a very average stay..

This lodge offers great value with clean and reasonably priced rooms. However, there are a few mosquitoes, so it would be helpful to provide a Goodnight or similar repellents. other than that, everything is excellent.

The place is very expensive yet pathetic. I can go on with the problems we faced in the room we booked. 1. A/C was extremely noisy and it was leaking water all day and hence we couldn’t even use the stydy table as the water was directly dropping on it. 2. Bathroom stinks a lot. 3. Water shortage. While I was taking a shower at 10am, water suddenly stopped. 4. Beds have creaking noise. 5. No kettle for such an expensive room.

This is one of the oldest hotel in the heart of citi. Unlike recent ones it has huge open space, big rooms, two restaurants and amiable staff. Staying in this hotel for last 7 years. Highly recommended as the tariff is also reasonable.

They have failed to maintain the legacy. Chinese starters are below average. Wouldn’t recommend for a Dine out

Good place from decades but . Compare to the other option stay prices are high . You get better option for corporate stay in Clarks in with complimentary break fast .

First time visit to the hotel and it was good. The family dining room was very good, clean, decent with lot of veg and non veg options to select from and also the taste of the food was also good. Recommended!!
