This is best is class and medium budget hotel. Service and food are very good and rates are also the value of money. Overall, it is a must use place if you are staying only for a night. Staff is very well behaved!!

The hotel is well located, close to the city centre and bus station. The room was clean, even if few sheets need to be replaced, as they had holes or a little broken. The staff was super kind and helpful, especially Shabu. They provided all necessary information to visit the touristic sites nearby and made sure that I was comfortable in the hotel. The Indian breakfast was delicious with a good variety. In addition, the restaurant inside the hotel have also dinner, for those who are too lazy to go out in the evening. I highly reccomended this hotel for a quiet stay or for touristic purpose.

Our stay was amazing at this hotel. The rooms are bigger, well maintained and ambience is good. The rooms are priced reasonable and inside the city makes a good choice. The restaurant serves great breakfast which is in ground floor.

Very pleasant, humble staff.Food is healthy.we had veg lajawahab,and veg kofta.It had the authentic taste. It's near to bus stop and elephant camp.Do enjoy your stay here

The placement of commode is very uncomfortable. And room is very congested. First time the room and amenities were good, with that feeling I went for the second time, but this time I had to ask for everything. Tea maker. They did not give toiletry kit which hardly cost ₹25/-, but they provide it to executive room. For the room I stayed, I feel the tariff is too high. I'm a regular traveller and keep observing room standards in many other cities. But for the tariff they charge, they can provide better amenities and service. Food was excellant and staff behaviour was the best, except for one person who spoke rude but later he corrected his actions.

The Manager at the reception is bit harsh. The tarrif of the room was more than the online price which he gave me and he said if booked online checkout at 11 am and if booked offline 24 hrs checkout. Room were not provided with hot water kettle. No Dental kit was provided. And they say complementary breakfast but menu for breakfast is limited in quantity wise and number wise too.

I recently stayed at Cliff Embassy Banquet & suites, Shivamoga and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service. Seamless Check-in and Thoughtful Gesture Our Late check-in was pleasant. Appreciate the security for helping us with our baggage. The staff member Mr.Shahbuddin, accommodated our early evening return with a room to freshen up, despite our early morning checkout. His willingness to accommodate our needs made our stay truly memorable. This kind gesture is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sir. Clean and Well-Appointed Rooms The rooms were spotless, equipped with: - Toiletries and clean towels - Cupboards, dresser, nightstand, table, and chairs, Coffee table, TV unit - Efficient AC Dining Experience The in-house restaurant served delicious and complimentary breakfast. The à-la-carte style breakfast offered a variety of options, and each dish was yum. Not to miss to mention 'Puliogare' Just a Wow..!! The background music with 'Namami Shamishan Nirvan Roopam' in the morning was so Calm, Melodious and Bliss.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The cost per night is 3100. The cost of rooms is lesser if booked in person rather than online. The only problems we faced were - the water was not hot at all, the ambulance sirens are very frequently heard at least in the rooms facing the McGann hospital. The food at SLV paakashala is good. They do ask you to pay for the water bottles though. The staff are cordial.
