Hotel Jai Maata Grandeur

A decent hotel at a good price. Room was good and clean. Bathroom is bit small and okay. It has a veg restaurant and food is tasty and excellent. Staffs are so humble and supportive. It has an underground parking. Overall a great hotel for quick stays.

Got a great deal when we planned to visit Shivamogga for a tournament. After searching couple of properties, settled for Jai Maata property. The staff’s are super courteous and were very helpful. The rooms were good and well planned. Improvements- the bathroom and housekeeping services have to be improved. The taps were leaking and curtains were not neat. Couple of times we ordered room service and the plates were not cleaned for more than 8-10 hours. A special mention for the hotel restaurant and the staff’s. All the food we ordered for breakfast, lunch and dinner were very tasty and well cooked.

The hotel provided a comfortable and clean environment with modern amenities. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and transportation. Overall, a pleasant stay that I would recommend to others…

Our recent stay at JMG Shimoga was quite good. We availed a family room for 6 ppl. It came with 6 beds and 2 bathrooms/toilets. It was quite comfortable. Spacious room with TV, WiFi and room service. A restaurant on the ground floor was good too but the service was a tad slow. Overall a good value for money decent hotel in Shimoga close to the railway station and some important attractions like zoo-safari and sakrebyle elephant camp.

Good place for stay with complementary breakfast option. Food is amazing, rooms are very clean & neat. Support staff are friendly & always there to help. Very much satisfied with the service & location

Has been staying there since 2017-18 when it started. Excellent rooms, service and people. Quite convenient to stay. Good good and comfort. Excellence comes through consistency and they have demonstrated that since last 7-8 years we have stayed there.

The Room where I stayed was very neat and clean. TV, AC, Wifi etc. were working fine. The front office staff Mr Rakesh, Mr Gokul and Ms Bhumika have positive attitude and are very helpful. Their response was very prompt.
