Worst service ever, really we canceled the rest of food item and asked for bill. To provide bill also for 1 item which it took 20 min. Not at all preferable place for lunch/dinner

08/06/2024 Pocket friendly, Budget friendly, preferred by locals, They still prepare the best biryani in udupi. I've been a customer here since 20 years. Yes there have been ups & downs, but still they are doing good. New management has also tried their best to maintain the same quality. Please ignore all the previous very old reviews and try this place out. The main receptionist is highly arrogant and ill-mannered. He speaks badly. I deposited more money for the room by mistake online and he made me beg for my own remaining balance. He refused to refund my money at that time. He literally made me wait for an evening and the night to give that money back. The rooms are dirty and very old fashioned. On the top of everything, behaviour is harsh and isn't customer friendly at all. Can't recommend.

Can't say much how it is today. When I did medicine in kmc manipal 1980 to 1986 we had get togethers here in roof garden. I will remember this place for a long time. Nice food then.

Had a good experience. Stayed for almost a week.It is a Budget friendly hotel with good value for money.Stayed in Ac room, which was clean and sober.Location is good, we can travel to different areas with ease and comfort.

this hotel is in heart of the udupi city. Main shops, offices , restaurants etc are just few steps away. Also, rates are ok, clean rooms, also has restaurant on ground floor,which gives good south indian food .
