OYO 39864 Kulaya The Nest

The room is neat. The property is to be maintained properly. Ambience and everything is really good. AC makes loud sound and the locking system of the room where I stayed wasn't working properly. I booked space saver so I had to use common washroom coz washroom isn't attached in space saver room. Else staffs were good and cooperative. It was a pleasant stay. But a lot can be improved.

We happened to book a room at this hotel via OYO and made the online payment. Upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist said there was some short circuit and no rooms available. He was surely making up a story only to decline the booking. We stood there trying to reach the helpline for OYO, whose response was not helpful. After waiting there for an hour, we left the place. Absolutely not the place to book for the stay. Very poor experience. Even a one star is not any worth. Don’t waste your time and money booking this place.

Everything is value for money at this hotel except the Bathrooms. They have changed the flush container and the lid and the closed seats in the images makes the fitting really new but actually its quite old and dirty. I was totally grossed out when I saw it. Also there was no wash basin in the bathroom. Apart from the washroom, the room good with a common space for kitchen, dining and sofa sitting- common for 2 rooms.

Very good rooms and toilets. The only reason they do not get more than 3 stars is because the rooms and sheets were covered in a layer of dust that they did not clean before handing over to me. Also they did not arrange for my breakfast like they were supposed to. Breakfast included in oyo rooms is turning out to be a big scam

It is not hotel. Apartments room are using as hotel. No tea, brakefast lunch is neither available in hotel nor in the vicinity. Location is very bad. Behavior of hotel staff is very rediculous. They alot the rooms after 2/3hours waiting and ultimately paying additional amount than booking. Not recommended at all.

1. Google location was nowhere near. 2. Booked 2 ac rooms but got just 1 ac room. They first lied that there were 2 rooms available but on different floors. So they suggested to take 2 adjacent rooms. However as the AC of the 2nd adjacent room was not working, I requested for the room upstairs. They then said it was unavailable. 3. They promised to refund some amount for the non ac room. However, now they are not responding to calls. 4. Called OYO and they said since I reported the issue after 1 week, they could not do anything. 5. The OYO representative was even fighting with me and not even ready to convey anything to the hotel management.

Nice place The rooms allotted to everyone are 2bhk or 3bhk Out of which almost all rooms will have an attached bathroom. So for people who are wanting to find a single room it would be better to go for some other hotel. Location of the hotel is fantastic It has parking facility as well

Receptionist boys are very rude, though we Booked room from oyo with minimal cost they charged more, as we refused to pay more they denied allocation of room and they made us to wait for 2 hours. This is not right way to behave with customers. I suggest not to prefer this stay Regards, Unsatisfied customer
