Palm Tree Inn

For the first time, I am forced to put a 1 star review in Google. Had the scariest experience on my trip with this hotel. I had booked a room here on my trip to munnar. I even paid advance amount. During booking itself I had told them I will be reaching only by night as I am travelling from trivandrum. We were two families with 3 kids. Gave them a reminder call at 8pm also. They told everything is fine. And when I reached at 10, there was no room at all. There was only a caretaker who had no idea what to do. They manager didn't even pick my call. Luckily got a much better accommodation (uphills) nearby at similar rates. I would suggest everyone to think twice before booking especially if you are with your family.

Palm Tree Inn in Adimali is fantastic! Great rooms, friendly staff, and super convenient location. Perfect for exploring the town and grabbing delicious local food nearby. Great value, especially for budget travelers.Neet and clean mainly spacious rooms. Car and bike parking available. Neat bathroom. Hot water available. Highly recommend!

This is not a hotel its a lodge. No room service boy. U have to carry your luggage by ur own. Very poor location. Its far away from munnar(30 km). Exact location is adimali, a cheap location. No lift and Ground floor room are on the road. U open the door and road starts. If u are in hurry to go to office then u can go for it. Otherwise a horrible experience u are going to have. I booked it for 3 days and then i have to book another hotel with no cancellation option. Never recommend to anyone.

The incharge was friendly. Allowed us to upgrade to ac rooms. Neet and clean mainly spacious rooms. Car and bike parking available. Neat bathroom. Hot water available.
