It's a good place to stay and visit Kerala, The service is also good and the owner is helpful as we forgot one mobile at the location and he said don't worry and courier to us.

Good place to stay and also a great view. The owner is quite complicated, he doesn't provide room, what we asked for. But it's such a good place to stay in monsoon seasons.

Such a terrible experience from property management. Booked 2 rooms. Me and my colleagues travelled from other district to this property. We reached there at 8 o'clock. After they said that there was only one room is only vacant. That room is dirty and the other rooms aren't well maintained. Most of the rooms are Pipe or water leakage. I called the owner of the property and complained, and he replied he couldn't do anything or can stay there in one room for 4 people. They have this type of poor and disrespectful service. They have no value for customers. Don't choose this property. Go to any other property and stay calm. I think the photos they uploaded are fake.

As my colleagues and I arrived for business, we called a manager by the name of Sidhiq and requested two rooms. When we arrived, which was almost eight o'clock at night, the manager was not there; instead, two boys showed us the rooms. However, they informed us that only one room (without air conditioning) was available, so we called their manager by phone. He informed us that two sofas were available in the hall, and the other two people could sleep there. We ended up canceling the room; in reality, he should have told us this earlier. We called him multiple times to find out the location; this is actually cheating because he assumed we wouldn't go back to the town to find accommodations at the time given its remote location. We don't recommend this place to anyone. Note📝 : Cheating, Fraud, Rude behavior, Worst service, Fake photos, Room maintenance👎.

The location is fantabulous! Rooms were decent but lack of maintenance. Lots of fittings were not working in the bathroom. Ac wasn't required but remote wasn't provided. The bathroom was small. We had taken the kitchen but for 1 whole day has cylinder wasn't provided. There was a care taker named Gopi who was not there at all. We stayed there for 3 days and he was just there 3 times (approx).
