This hotal totally money waste.this hotal owner demond extra pay.all staff is doing drik and talk to casual no response to positive way. I booked this hotal on 5 dec 23 by oyo amount is 800 but reached there then owner not to give this amount.But some problem because I m with family so not going to again other hotal.finally i m give 400 extra and go to hotal but i m see that bedsheet is very dirty and torn so again i m going to owner and say to change this bedsheet but he avoided my problem finally I m tired this hotal condition and change the hotal.

FRAUD ! FRAUD ! FRAUD ! I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I arrived, they refused to let me check in, demanding extra money even though I had already booked and paid for the room online via Oyo. The owners were incredibly rude, speaking to me in a disrespectful manner. I would not recommend staying here. Thank God I arrived this place at 7 pm and succeed to book other good hotel. I have lost my money. please never ever Book this hotel by mistake. This hotel is only for local unmarried couples.

Not even worth a ZERO star rating...after doing advance booking with full payment , they denied check-in by saying they are sold out... whatever problem they have with the online booking platform they should atleast inform customer about the booking cancellation... Totally irresponsible staff and property owner.. Don't go for it guys...i suggest better go for some other nearby beach side cottages..

Among my experience it was the most useless hotel i ever went through. Talking about the room, no cleanliness, all wastages are been collected and dumbed above the sleeves, no ventilation no proper services, no proper house keeping As in short the worst experience ever had

If you're planning to stay near Alappuzha Beach, you can consider this property. Don't expect much cleanliness. People usually come here in big groups & make a hue & cry all the time. Your sleep might be disturbed at night. They charged Rs.800 for a double bedded Non-AC room with an attached bathroom.

I can't suggest this for any one whose wants a quality host . The room I found in the oyo app is totally mismatch to this . Room floor and the walls are full of dust and spider nets . The bathroom and the room is full of bad smell . And the bathroom and room not have a strong door also. There is a tV but not have the remote. Ac have the remote but it's not working. The switchboards are dangerous.the Oyo application shows 5 star reviews but it's not worth for even1 star . Staff behaviour is also weird. They demand more money from the application shows .I do check in at afternoon but I can't continue the stay because of the bad smell and atmosphere. So don't choose this .

Worst staff. No heater working. Of course our room was unlucky to face failure. The staff do not understand english. Should try to communicate only in malayalam. The soap and bodywash, towel was just 1 set for 3 of us. They didnt have a canteen to prepare breakfast, they went out to ger the breakfast. Location is nice, but can be maintained in a better way.
