My Review is very Honest. Because i am from out of kerala. Here Room size good.Not working TV. Bathroom leaking and smelling. Attached foodies with room is most worst part of the Hotel. Don't have buffet for dinner also not for Breakfast. Very Limited food for both dinner and Breakfast like vada & Dosa. Here only Veg food. I will not recommend to any one as you can get good facilities and option form other Hotel. Wastage of money.

Fabulous stay in grand alleppy.. It is on proper alleppey Town. Very near access to boating and backwater trips, the staff service was very good expecially Ms Abhirami and the duty Manager also helpfull for us.

The food is absolutely delicious. I loved the food and ambience here. The staffs are also really good. It's been a while since I have tasted good vegetarian foods. This is guaranteed here. 🫰🏻❤️

We had a wonderfull time at grand alleppey, the rooms were very clean and comfortable ,the staffs at the hotel including the frontoffice and the managers are very helpfull and perfect hospitality,

We visited the Rice Boat restaurant in search of an authentic Kerala Thali, and while it took some time for the Thali to be served, the flavors definitely made up for the wait. This was not served in a banana leaf as they typically do though. Our family also ordered from the a la carte menu, and everyone was happy with the food. Veg Jhalfrezi and rotis were good. Unfortunately, I'm taking away one star for the service due to delays and a lack of communication about those delays. Overall, a great place for Kerala cuisine, but the service could use some improvement.

Went there for lunch. When I went there, they poured half a class of water and then I did not get even a drop of water. All restaurants serve extra rice at noon. Didn't get that here either. They didn't look back in that direction after looking to call the waiters. Service is very bad.
