Venice Iva Residency

The hotel was neat and clean. The rooms were very spacious but the ambiance of the rooms isn't that great. The AC outlet pipe drips in the bathroom itself (strange!!!). The bath fitting as well as stoppers were old fashioned. There were limited number of items in breakfast and dinner. I didn't like the hotel location. The cross-view from my room's balcony was of a crematorium. The worst part while staying there was that, through they had the complaint regarding hot water not coming in few of the rooms the previous night, they didn't got it repaired and there was no hot water in the morning also. They offered to give us heater rod that too were very limited in number.

The service at Venice Iva residency was amazing, all the staff were very kind and welcoming. I stayed here for two nights. The rooms are clean but could get better because of bathroom odor. The breakfast was tasty and I asked them to make an Omelette which wasn’t present but they did so. Very helpful and they were kind enough to serve breakfast for my driver as well. Overall good location, close by to the main market area and some cafes.

The hotel rooms are spacious and well-cleaned. It offers great value for money, and I always choose to book at this property when in Alleppey. All amenities are well-maintained. I used my own car for travel, so I didn't face any difficulties getting around. However, those without vehicles may find it challenging to locate nearby restaurants. Overall, it was a good experience for me and my partner.

Amazing experience at this hotel. Room was clean and all the necessary toiletry was provided. Staff people are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended when you visit Alleppey.

It was great experience in Venice Iva. I was there for 2 days. I really appreciate entire staff - from reception to room service for their great hospitality. My special thanks to Mr June for excellent help & Chef for quality food.

I was told this hotel is 4 star category, I found this does not even stand for 2 star. Rooms are big, with lot of unplanned empty space, open space (lift and corridor) are not at all clean and hygienic. Breakfast is horrible, all they will serve you with idly, sambar that too does not taste good, the serving bowls are always empty or at the bottom most layer. When you ask them for fresh tea, they will refuse first. Location is disadvantage, it's far from market, and common places you might want to go... I don't recommend this for families. Yes, if you are bachelor with party 🍷🍾 mood, it might work for you. Not even good for business travellers. No local good place nearby to eat.

The room and room service is excellent. Special surprise was Diwali celebration in Hotel. Decorative atmosphere with 🪔 was very nice. Also surprised by distribution of special sweets on occasion of Diwali. Want to make special mention of Pooja mam and Jun Das sir who taken all the care of us specially my Mother and Father (Senior citizens). Thank you all the management and staff of Venice Iva Residency.
