I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. They graciously allowed me a 2-hour early check-in and a 2-hour late check-out, which was a huge help for my travel plans. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and top-notch hospitality. I will definitely return for future visits!

Due to arrogant and rude behaviour of “coffee club hotel “staff aleppey, I opted for this hotel. Then I find it was best decision I made as the front desk staff were warm and welcoming, incredibly helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. Had options. Pricing is also affordable.

Very clean, functional and elegant hotel. The morning breakfast was the superstar. They do have made to order omelettes, and made egg-white omelette that I wanted. They do have a small cafe outside the entrance; it's name is Rice Bowl, but they don't really have rice-based food, only sandwiches snacks... It's about 2 km from the beach. There are limited restaurants nearby, but several good ones are 1.5 km.

Rooms are spacious but costly. But except for complementary breakfast this lodge has no built in restaurant, even for a cup of coffee or tea one has to go out to the streets. Horrible, no room service is provided except for midday cleaning of dust bins. The complex is poorly understaffed. The location is however well connected to the boat jetty, beach and railway station. Good for sleep and wash - not for rest and food! Because one has to drive out in search of food outside...

During our trip to Alleppey, stayed at Hotel Palmyra Milford, the hotel is just 2 km from the beach. Food was good. Complimentary breakfast has been provided.

.Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere,Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff eve Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
