At the first glance it is impressive.Big reception area,well furnished as if to lure you.Location is good.The rooms are very small and stuffy, the bathroom,very compact.Bed sheets not very clean,only one pillow provided for the couple. we never tried the food so cannot comment.In the month of October,which is an off season,they charged Rs.1000/-which was quite on the higher side.we booked the Hotel after looking at the Photograps in the net,which we feel was our mistake.|| The staff was very good. I personally feel that the management is really not very intrested in running the Hotel,may be they have many other businesses to look after.

Decent budget hotel. Rooms are too spacious which is unnecessary. Bedsheets and blankets are small. Bed needs improvement. Room has small TV with dth. AC remote does not work and you need to contact reception to fix it. The staff and service is good. The staff are very helpful. Veg and non veg Restaurant are nearby. Overall good hotel for budget accommodation in allepey

Stayed here for a night enroute. Checked in around midnight and checked out in the morning. This place is OK if you just want to stay for the night. The service may not be very good. We stayed in Non-AC rooms. The beds are quite hard and there were not extra sheets provided. The hotel does not provide towels, toiletries, etc. Please carry them with you if you want to. Didn't check out on the hot water facility. The room and the bathroom was clean enough for a night stay.

we visited on occasion of my friends marriage stayed for a day. literally horrible hotel . no room supply at all. nothng provided . more adverse with non ac deluxe rooms. mattress is not all good n stinky. hot water facility for only for 2 hrs in morning. poor maintenance with good ambiance outside. even in ac rooms we need to ask them everytime for a/c . luckily we did nt stayed much . even in that short duration of stay we felt it horrible. better not to opt if other hotels avaliability is there

We had taken 3 non-ac rooms during our 15 day trip on the western coast. The hotel may be well known, but it has surely seen better days. Probably its one of the oldest there and that's why its known to people. The place was shabby and the false ceiling was falling off in places in the corridor. The stairway leading to the second floor is cramped, dimly lit and dirty. The rooms were not maintained either, bedsheets were worn out, so were the pillows, ceiling fan made a racket too! We were all too glad to check out early morning and head off to the next destination. ||||Recommend to avoid this hotel and find some newly opened ones. Way better ones can be found for the same rates. Not sure how their AC rooms are, but wouldn't stay here again.

A/C rooms are very spacious and clean.We stayed in 101 good room and noise free.. restaurant is @ ground floor even if there is room service it may better if you go to their restaurant. Staff was really cooperative especially Mr.Faith.only negative is its light arrangements it's not sufficient at 2nd floor.

Midnight 12:00 AM to 9:30AM...... Non-AC room they where given. Room No:214, not cleaned,TV , shelf full of dust, bathroom's waste water hole blocked etc..... Unhygienic place also.. And the person at reception on check out time is a very bad attitude ,bad behavior...... We ain't took room for free, we all paying our valuable money to them,but only receiving cash ; after that no response, ain't not a helping mind there.
